Relaxing oceanfront home away from winter

This Hispaniola Beach condo is ideally located, tastefully decorated, and well managed. Gorgeous beach, secure location, access to transportation as needed, and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Both the onsite property manager and the property owner were very responsive, welcoming, and knowledgeable which made every aspect of our month-long stay absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

My stay

Beautiful condo I love it and the property manager was helpful but the ac in one of the rooms was not working and the oven wasn’t working but everything else was perfect

Le condo était comme sur les photos. Les lits étaient confortables ainsi que le divan du salon et du balcon. La vue sur la mer de la chambre et du balcon très belle. Site très bien aménagé. Il y a la partie piscine d'un côté et la partie grande terrasse avec chaises de l'autre côté avec vue sur la mer. Il manque par contre des chaises longues et des fauteuils des deux côtés. Il faut arriver tôt pour avoir une chaise longue ou un fauteuil. Il y a aussi un accès à une petite plage privé. Le personnel sur le site est très gentil. Le complexe est à distance de marche de deux épiceries, des restaurants et de la plage Alicia et Sosua.

Perfect Piece of Paradise

Tim’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy a week in paradise. Check in was seamless and location is perfect. We enjoyed a nightly walk to the ice cream shop!

We just love this place , walking to restaurant and into town was very convenience .

The apartment it’s beautiful and confy , check in was really smooth and Juan Carlos was always there to answer any concerns, complex and staff were amazing can wait to go back 😊

Loved our unit, complex and location. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Wonderful location. We could get to most shopping beaches etc within 10-15 minutes walk. This was the first time we have been away for an entire month. If I was to stay that long again we would probably rent a vehicle in order to see more of the country. Language was a challenge sometimes (many can speak some English) but with an effort at some Spanish and hand signals if needed we were able to easily survive. More Spanish needed depending on how far afield you travel. The Dominican people were very friendly and helpful. The condominium complex was well staffed and secure. Having your own beach was terrific and the north coast is beautiful. Our unit was very comfortable and with the use of the overhead fans were able to minimize the cost of air conditioning. My only recommendation for the unit was it could use some additional kitchen supplies . We ate in as much as we ate out and found most of the chef knives needed some sharpening. A very minor inconvenience. All appliances were new and up to date, beds and furniture very comfortable. We highly recommend this complex and unit.

Great location – beautiful apartment.

My wife and I just got back home from our vacation. We spended really great time in Sosua. The apartment is very convenient, clean and has it all for the nice vacation. The owners are very responsive. We definitely can recommend this apartment and will be back again in near future.

Confortable condo avec une belle vue !

Rien à redire sur cet appartement confortable et spacieux ! Sans oublier le confort de la terrasse où le soleil n'arrive qu'en fin d'après-midi, donc pas trop chaud, ainsi que les bons services d'une gentille femme de ménage. Un peu comme tous ces genres de location, la cuisine était plutôt mal équipée. Même qu'il a fallu acheter des cuillères en bois pour cuisiner, une spatule pour tourner les oeufs et un bol à salade. Et tous les chaudrons et poêles sont en Tefal... Enfin, malgré ces quelques irritants, nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour !

Great Times!

A1 grounds, security, location and most of all accommodations. Luxurious yet homely feel with great decor and the balconies off both the living room and the master bedroom make for great scenic pics. One of the main reason this trip was a success was because the property manager was so helpful and always available (Thank you Jamia for a great trip I'll see you soon!)

Wonderful Condo - Great property

We had an excellent stay at the Hispaniola Beach Luxury Condo. The property was just like the posted pictures. The condo was beautiful, with excellent amenities. The large balcony was a great place for meals, playing cards, reading, and relaxing. The beach to peaceful; never crowded. The short walk to town was helpful to pick up a few items for cooking, although activities in town were somewhat limited.

Outstanding Vacation

The condo was just beautiful, our family enjoyed every moment! We were minutes away from a small beautiful private beach as well as a beautiful pool with a view of the ocean. The security and neighbors were courteous and kind. The town of Sosua was the perfect mixture of local culture and people along with other tourists. There are excellent restaurants downtown--we especially enjoyed Bologna's food and staff. One night we also took a taxi to Cabarete and went to dinner at Papi's--the taxi drive was only about 20 minutes and well worth it. Mel Tours helped us decide on local excursions and I highly recommend the trip to Paradise Island for snorkeling. You get an overview of Dominion Republic during the bus ride with a tour guide that spoke both English and German (and I'm sure other languages). Lunch was also included--it was a great day. Overall a fantastic trip, we will be back.

Excellent Experience

Actually we were in a slightly different property in the same complex due to a scheduling issue. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom place, with same owners, I think. Condo was very clean, very well-provisioned kitchen (4-slice toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc). Spacious, good quality construction. One building was still under construction but since it is as the exterior finish work stage, there was no noise at all. Since the next stage will be the interior finish, I don't think you are at risk of construction noise for the new few months. Had friends over and there were no problems at the gate as long as ID is presented. A couple of minor things were mentioned after check in, and owners were very responsive. All in all, would like to stay here again as soon as possible.

Postcard Like Dream Vacation!

My trip to Sosua was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt the beat of the town. The postcard views, pristine beaches, beyond fresh food and joy of the people were absolutely incredible. Not to mention, the accommodations were outstandingI loved the full service kitchen, en suite baths in each room, expansive panoramic views from the patio, gorgeous infiniti pool and the fact that we were mere steps away from the beach. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom is breathtaking! Waking up in Sosua each day was pure bliss! I would recommend this place, this experience and this kind of travel to anyone anywhere! Thank you for sharing this piece of heaven on Earth with me!
