The Space:

The living room has the ceiling of a chapel and doors that slide open until the garden walks in. Marble kitchen island. Espresso machine that actually works. A workspace nook by the window for the mornings you can't help it.



Outside: covered lounge, dining for six, BBQ, bar with stools, round daybed for the lazy hour, and a pool table under a wood pergola.



Pool. Separate jacuzzi. Fiber WiFi. A/C in every room. Private parking. Architectural lighting that turns the villa cinematic after dark.



Guest Access:

The whole villa is yours. Pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, pool table, daybed, bar, every room. The only closed door is the staff laundry.



Beyond your gate, Casa Linda opens up: Waterworks water park with lazy river and swim-up bar, Castaway restaurant (they deliver), tennis, mini-golf, walking trails through the gardens, and a free shuttle that runs to Sosúa and Cabarete every thirty minutes.



Twenty-four-hour security at the gate. The safest stretch of the north coast.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Linda — the north coast's most exclusive gated community, perched between Sosúa and Cabarete. Inside the gates: water park with a lazy river, on-site restaurant, tennis, mini-golf, walking trails, twenty-four-hour security.



Outside the gates: Sosúa beaches at five minutes, Cabarete (kitesurfing capital of the Caribbean) at ten, surf at Playa Encuentro at fifteen.



Restaurants from Italian to French to local seafood. Beach bars. Live music. Diving in the bay. Safe at night. Alive at golden hour.



Getting Around:

A free community shuttle runs to Sosúa and Cabarete every thirty minutes, seven days a week — no taxi needed.



Gregorio Luperón International Airport (POP) is fifteen minutes by car. We can arrange airport pickup before you arrive.



Most guests rent a car for the freedom, or hire a driver for the day — we can connect you with trusted local providers.



Inside the community itself, everything is walkable: pool, restaurant, water park, tennis, all minutes from your front door.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in 3 PM. Check-out 12 PM.



Housekeeping every other day, 10 AM to 3 PM. If you'd rather skip a day, tell us 24 hours ahead — after that, the team is on the way and the service goes ahead as scheduled.



We can arrange: private chef, airport pickup, in-villa massage, catamaran days, ATV tours, special-occasion setups, VIP car hire. Just ask.



A few community rules: 30 km/h inside the gates, no rented bikes or ATVs, music down by 11 PM, smoking outdoors only, drones need clearance.



Guests cover damages.

Before you arrive, you'll get a welcome note with check-in details and the short list of places we'd send our own friends to.



During your stay we're invisible unless you call. A twenty-four-hour Welcome Center sits inside the community for anything urgent.



Most guests never need it. It's there anyway.
