Lovely home close to the bike trails, the Magdalen ferry, and Basin Head beach!

Central Souris Holiday Home is located in the heart of the town of Souris, just steps away from the Confederation bike trail, Souris beach and Gateway Park, the Magdalen Island ferry, local shops and restaurants, and the Tourist Center. Visiting Prince Edward Island is a memory making experience for any visitor and we are certain you will love the stunning beauty of the east end of PEI.

The house is a short drive to Basin Head Beach, Canada's No. 1 rated beach. We also love recommending the smaller, more private, unspoiled beaches that are just minutes away. You will stay just 60 metres from the Confederation Trail, around the corner from the Magdalen Island Ferry, and on the same street as our local restaurants, shops, cafes, and the Tourist Information Center. We provide a guide book for all of our favourites.

The house has a spacious living room with a double pull out sofa, a 55” TV, and a bluetooth speaker to connect to for music. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with many utensils and cooking implements. We provide our guests with some basics like sugar, flour, oils, some coffee and tea, as well as spices. Don’t hesitate to ask for anything you need for your cooking needs. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen and soap, dryer sheets, stain remover, and iron, and a drying rack are found there. Our dining room seats 6 and there are lots of serving platters and tablecloths found in the sideboard.

Upstairs there is a fully updated full bathroom with bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, and toothpaste and floss. Also upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a den/office. There are 2 queen bed rooms with fresh linens, towels, luggage rack and full dresser. The third bedroom has a double bed with the same amenities. All bedrooms have light blocking curtains. The den/office has a desk and comfortable office chair with a power bar/ surge protector. We have high speed internet on both floors in case our guests need to work remotely.

At the front of the house is a cozy and bright sunporch with comfortable seating and a place to sit with your tea in the morning. In the back you will find a spacious backyard with a Weber propane BBQ and tools, as well as a picnic table and lawn chairs. There’s a game of Bocce and some balls, too.

Beach chairs and towels, as well as sand toys and noodles are all provided. There are games, puzzles, and books for rainy days.

Our home also offers contactless check-in and check out to make life easy and ensure your privacy. We love welcoming guests to our beautiful island and look forward to sharing it with you.
