“This is our second summer doing a beach staycation. We enjoyed this property very much. It’s is very spacious and the kitchen is stocked with more kitchen gadgets than most rentals we have stayed in. Jon was very helpful and easygoing. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, games, and toys for the kids. The condo is located near the widest part of the sand so I think it’s worth being mentally prepared for that trek across the sand. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe.”

“Nice unit with stunning ocean views from the moment you walk in the front door. The balcony has accordion doors that fully open up to the Pacific breezes. The unit is about a 10-15 minute walk to all of the restaurants, so a great location a bit off the beaten path (Prospect Street) but still in an area that attracts a lot of visitors, especially on weekends. Stephanie was very engaged and allowed an early check in which was very helpful. An all around great experience!”
