“As an avid traveler, I have been to several properties in many different types of neighborhoods across the US. Without a doubt, this is one of the most poorly maintained ones I've seen. I dislike drawn out reviews, so here's just a few highlights I feel you should know:- After booking, you are sent a separate link that requires you to send the property owner a lot of your personal information. “The host, Eric, is just great to work with. He responds quickly to any question and provides detailed instructions. For us, the property location is unbeatable! It's right on the Strand with the beach and ocean at your doorstep. The sunset is dead center to the property. We loved watching the sunset each night from the patio. "Me gustó mucho, está en un lugar estratégico, por el lugar en el que está, tienes al sur del hotel a tan solo 10 minutos los outlets y al norte igual en 10 minutos tienes la estación del trolley, me gustó mucho, la zona es segura en la noche, hablan español en el hotel, casa de cambio enfrente además de pequeñas tiendas en las gasolineras cercanas, está un denny’s a lado, por lo que es muy buen lugar, cuentan con lavandería y ahí mismo tienen máquinas expendedoras, obvio volveré a este lugar:) un saludo a mi paisano de Tepic que me atendió el día que llegué"
