“The property is "half-of-a-duplex" in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a 2-car parking in an inner lot accessed by a wide driveway. Additonal parking is available in the main street. I rented the place for a niece and 2 nephews, but it can accommodate up to six people (two bedrooms, plus two sofa beds).
