The young man at the front desk, who checked us in was a joy to deal with. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice as well.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Plus there was a great continental breakfast each morning which helped reduce expenses. However, there was a lack of towels and room service, which is expected since the post Covid. Otherwise, I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Room was relatively clean. But shower/tub needed some extra cleaning. Mildew, shower curtain had some black stains/drips on top. I wiped the the tub to get hair/dust around it. I almost bought Clorox on CVS next door to spray it the tub. For the rate I paid I should not had to experience that. I am not picky but I expect to stay in a clean room with a clean bathroom. There is carpet in the elevator, looks dirty. Staff was very nice.

Place looked like it had never seen a vacuum. Rude lady at check in but then she was followed by a very nice young man who was extremely pleasant. He was the only positive thing about our stay. Our room had an adjoining room with a door. Walls were paper thin, could hear people in next room late into the night. Doors slam at all hours in the halls. Breakfast looked pretty sad and seating was very limited for size of the place. We did not eat the breakfast. I guess you get what you pay for. Will not be back.

Honestly one of the worst experiences i have ever had at a comfort in. Not only was the room dirty, we found a rotton apple core behind the end table and the bath tub had pink mould, but this was one of the noisiest hotels... even at 10pm, parents let their children run down the hallway. After advising the hotel, nothing changed. We had booked in advance with expedia and paid for 2 nights. We left after the first.

Very nice stay. Property was clean. Good bed, good linens. Very nice staff. Included breakfast served eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurts, pastries, and coffees. Well pleased with my stay.

Nice property. Conveniently located to the airport. Desk staff were very pleasant. The room was a nice size, but there was no toilet paper in the restroom and there was old used soap left in the shower. The curtains were hanging off the hooks so you couldn’t close them.

It’s the little things; there was a box fan in my room and I slept great because of it! Also extremely nice staff, quick check-in etc. Overall excellent experience!

I was excited to take a bath in the whirlpool tub until I saw there was hair in the jets. Also, my key card didn't work in the back door, which was near the parking lot. Staff was polite upon check-in.

For the price, the value of this place can’t be beat. It’s simple, but very clean, the bed was amazing and soft, free breakfast and free parking. We arrived at night after a long day of driving and having our flight cancelled and Abe at the front desk was so nice and upgraded our room - a nice touch which ended our day on a happier note. Will definitely stay here again next time in Burlington.

The property has consistently been comfortable and clean over two decades that I have stayed here when in this area. There is ample parking, close to restaurants, shops and the highway, large rooms and an adequate breakfast.

Parking in the back normally means access to enter through the back door with a room key. Door was not opening half the time; had even witnessed a few others trying to enter with no success. Not a huge deal, but when you have to walk through the snowy single lane driveway to get to the front, it's a burden. Had raised with the receptionist who was dismissive and unfriendly about the simple inquiry.
