“Perfect host , very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him . We arrived late and he even sat and had a drink with us in the lounge .
Really homely . Very clean . Fresh flowers in our room and chocolates was a nice touch .Breakfast was perfect . Reasonable price . ”

“Fantastic hotel, very historic feel to it. Room was very comfortable and had everything you’d need. Would have been better if check out was later, 10am on a Sunday was a bit too early compared to other hotels. ”

“The overall service was very good. There was plenty of safe parking at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious and there was a good choice for breakfast. Were I to need a hotel in the future close to Selby then I would have no hesitation in staying at this one again.”

“The food was wonderful, I had the most amazing pie for dinner and a delicious cooked breakfast, the chef did an extra sausage for the dog too. The room was beautiful with a huge shower cubicle, all very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, and the bar and library area are very cosy. I would highly recommend it!”

“En mi opinión es un hotel aceptable, teniendo en cuenta que los hoteles en UK dejan mucho que desear en relación a los españoles. Por ese precio, debería estar aún mejor. Pero la verdad, es que recordando otras experiencias...este es un hotel muy recomendable”
