We had a generally fun stay on our first trip to Cape Cod. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, which was nice, but the location made the trip very car-dependent—there are no sidewalks, so walking anywhere wasn’t really an option. The home was clean and the back porch was definitely the highlight—great for relaxing. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The grill was a nice touch. That said, a few things need attention. The lighting in the bathrooms and kitchen was a major issue—nothing worked properly for the first few days, and even after that, the kitchen and downstairs bathroom stayed very dim. The front door slams shut every time, which got annoying, and there are some loose stones on the walkways. The exterior is generally in good shape, but could use a bit of maintenance—trimming bushes, updating worn siding, etc.Overall, a solid stay with some great features, but a few maintenance issues to be aware of especially for the high price we paid!
