“Great location. Owner excellent communication. Was visiting for a conference so basically just slept there. Downstairs especially kitchen well appointed and more than adequate was provided. Bring your own coffee if you’re a coffee snob. Lighting in second bedroom wasn’t great. There were 2 of us and with doors closed between the bedrooms I could not hear my roommate and she snores. Overall very good experience and would recommend.”

“Perfect for 2 people! Within walking distance to Bank of America stadium. Really a great location for anything you want to do in Charlotte. If you have any issues they are taken care of immediately!! Highly recommended property!!!!”

“Gwynne and her family’s cottage is so quaint! This was my first time spending the weekend in Belmont, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to call home for the weekend. Not only was it beautiful and clean, but it was in proximity to all of the town’s dining and stores. The hammock was a plus, and I enjoyed a few minutes lying outside in nature. From booking to check out, Gwynne and team communicated effectively! I would definitely stay here again!”

“This was the second time I have stayed at this location, and both were great experiences! This cute bungalow is on a quiet street, close to shops and restaurants in Matthews. The home is comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Communication with the owner was great. Will definitely stay here again when I come to Matthews.”

“Everything was good. ”

“We had a great time and loved our vacation. Great communication & clean place. The beach was great for the dogs to go in & out of the water with ease. Our one dog would have just stayed in the water the entire time if we let him. Something to want to note are: 1. The beach has a TON of shells on the beach for my old feet, I had to wear water shoes, it is crazy how many shells were there. We didnt expect that at all. Our kids loved looking and going through them; 2. the beach is not 100% private,...

“This was our 4th time staying at this lake house! We adore this house and the property! Georgia is wonderful to work with.”
