Boasting all-new design and amenities, this six-bedroom retreat was made for comfort. It boasts an unbeatable location with access to all the best Southwest Colorado offers.

    Completely furnished inside and out, the home offers two expansive decks and a spacious, three-story floor plan featuring a lower-level game room and a sweeping main floor living area. Take in the sights while enjoying morning coffee and afternoon happy hour with friends or family on the main deck. Kids will enjoy the two wooden swings on the lower deck. The soothing private hot tub offers a spot to rest and recharge after outdoor activities.

    Challenge your guests to some friendly competition in the downstairs game room equipped with a smart TV and a 2-in-1 pool/Ping-Pong table. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room showcase strong natural lighting and stunning views, with lofty cathedral ceilings creating an airy ambiance accented with warm, wood finishes. After the day's adventures, unwind beside the gas fireplace while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Showcasing a gorgeous backsplash and counters, the island kitchen comes well-equipped with a suite of chef's-grade appliances designed for gourmet meals including a five-burner gas range and dishwasher. Complete meals can be enjoyed together at the gorgeous wood-hewn dining table set for 12.

    The main floor and lower level each feature two full en suite bedrooms. Primary bedrooms on each level also include private deck access. All six bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV for flexible entertainment options.

This is a perfect home for large families. It fit us all with large gathering areas and a downstairs where the kids could gather. This was our 2nd time in this home and we hope to be back again

Amazing property and location. We did it all…fished on the river, played cards in the downstairs game room, used the hot tub and fire pit. Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of parking.

Great house for a large family gathering!

It was a great house for a large family gathering and ski trip. We enjoyed our time in South Fork and used it as our base for getting to Wolf Creek to ski. We slept 16 comfortably.

We loved our stay at Railway River Retreat! The house was clean and ready for us before we got there. The kitchen was nicely stocked with kitchenware needed to prepare out meals. We enjoyed our time in Southfork and would highly recommend this cabin for anyone needing a place to stay with a larger group.

Multi generational family gathering

This was perfect for our large family group. The kitchen was very well equipped and having a place for the kids to hang out downstairs was fantastic. We LOVED watching the deer go by almost every morning. This was a wonderful home to come back to after a day of skiing to be able to relax.

Perfect Getaway

This property has it all! All the amenities you could need and a great location! We could not find one thing to complain about. Adults had space and the kiddos had a space as well which was great! Big open living area for everyone to gather together! Perfect!!!! Thank you for a wonderful family getaway!

SPECTACULAR‼️‼️

This Log Home is the real deal‼️ It’s exactly what you would hope for in the Mountains, and the amenities are first class. The decor is perfect, the kitchen & bathrooms are amazing and the only problem we had was…We did NOT want to leave…LOL. Everything about it is spectacular. We will be booking again and again‼️

The house was beautiful! The view, decor, amenities far exceeded our expectations! The beds are super comfortable~kitchen well equipped. The only “complaint” was the thermostat, we could not get it regulated throughout. I would highly recommend this cabin!

Amazing Weekend!!

Loved every second of our stay. I really don’t know what else to say other than it was a perfect weekend in a perfect home. The space, ambiance and great company made for a weekend in the mountains skiing that we’ll never forget and always cherish between us all. Thank you for opening your home to us. Family trip

The house was so gorgeous and was very well equipped with so much, we really appreciated the extra baby equipment that helped in so many ways, as well as the fully stocked kitchen allowing us to cook for large number of family members. We were very thankful for the fenced in yard, helping to prevent kids from going to the river which was so close and moving so rapidly! This house is right in town and in a growing neighborhood so easy access to gas and groceries and fishing licenses.

Great location and very well laid out for large groups

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spacious layout for large groups and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the outside fire-pit and game area downstairs. The abundance of windows was so beautiful. Just a little critique...having blinds to draw down during the early hours would be a great way to let people enjoy the living area as well. We were disappointed in the lack of cleaning when we checked in, but were told that they would reimburse us for the cleaning fee. We had a bit of trouble getting questions answered before our trip. However, once we checked in the communication was better. Overall,we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return due to location and accommodations.
