The Space:

Inside Michigan Shores, expansive windows frame Lake Michigan throughout the home's beautifully appointed living spaces. The elegant living room features a fireplace and lounge-style seating, flowing into a spacious dining area and chef’s kitchen perfect for entertaining. The lower-level game floor offers a separate space for fun and relaxation, complete with a pool table, ping pong, TV lounge, and electric keyboard. Upstairs, the bedrooms capture unobstructed lake views, while the master suite offers a private balcony, sitting area, workspace, and luxurious ensuite master bath. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps ten guests, featuring four luxurious private bedrooms plus a fifth sleeping area with a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the hallway alcove upstairs.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire Michigan Shores property, including all bedrooms, the private pool, patios, outdoor dining, and lakefront lawn. Private beach access is reached by private stairs from the waterfront deck or down to the right of the property. Private driveway and garage parking are prepared for your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Michigan Shores sits directly along Lake Michigan on the south side of South Haven. The residential setting offers beautiful waterfront surroundings while keeping Downtown South Haven’s restaurants, shops, and harbor just 9 minutes away. Nearby Pilgrim Haven Natural Area, Porter Legacy Dunes, and Van Buren State Park provide additional ways to explore the area’s beaches, woods, and dune landscapes.



Getting Around:

Private beach access is just steps from the pool. Downtown South Haven is a 9 minute drive, with shops, restaurants, and waterfront attractions to explore on foot once you arrive. A vehicle is useful for trips into town and destinations farther along the lakeshore.

Michigan Shores is a special lakefront family home, and we ask guests to treat the property, grounds, and surrounding neighborhood with care and respect.



Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited and subject to fines.



This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed at the property.



The pool is open from April 15th to October 1st and heated from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.



All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and damage waiver prior to their stay.



Outside lighting must remain turned off between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
