“This camp was perfect for our needs for a week on the lake. We had no difficulty settling in with our family of 4 and our golden retrievers in tow. The property is well maintained, the inside of the cabin was clean and inviting. It is roomy enough that we never felt crowded for space. Everything we needed to prepare meals or play down by the water was provided. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee, sunsets and yoga. “This was our first lake vacation but it won’t be our last! The house is as cheerful, welcoming and well appointed as pictured. The hosts were easy to communicate with and left all the information we needed. The hammock, sundeck and Adirondack chairs were favorite spots throughout the week. We made day trips to Burlington and Montreal. We were treated to stunning sunsets each evening. It was a peaceful week and a nice change of pace from our typical ocean vacations. ”

“The listing is accurate. The four of us had a great time fishing and swimming. We caught dozens of fish right off the dock and almost a large bowfin. St. Albans was a great place to eat and get groceries. We took a day to see Burlington. The cabin is large and all the amenities worked. We'd come back if it weren't so far away. ”

“This is a really nice lakeside cottege. My family had an excellent stay. The location is really great but I would note that Lakeshore Drive can get quite busy - backing out of the driveway required patience at times. Great views of the lake. Mallets Bay is HEAVILY populated with moorings and marinas so this is not a secluded corner of the lake in summertime, it is busy and bustling. The place is well furnished and well equiped.
