Summary:

This is a comfortable two-level home in a very quiet, wooded neighborhood. Cross counrty ski and snow shoe right out the door in the winter. Plenty of hiking and mountain biking trails in the neighborhood in the summer. Make yourself at home!



The Space:

Close to hiking and biking trails and located in a peaceful neighborhood great for walking. Fifteen minutes to Heavenly, the lake, or downtown shopping; twenty minutes to Stateline, the casinos, and Heavenly Village. Close to Sierra at Tahoe and Kirkwood ski resorts. Easy access off North Upper Truckee Road. Full kitchen, washer and dryer.

THE RESERVATION WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU SIGN OUR CONTRACT AND SEND IT BACK WITH A COPY OF YOUR ID. THIS IS REQUIRED BY THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT.



New regulations in South Lake Tahoe, you must be quiet after 10 pm and no more cars than can fit in the driveway. This home fits 2 cars.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.



Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to us, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.



No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00



We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.



READ BEFORE BOOKING:



Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for the Sales Tax which is not included with your booking. The State of California requires us to collect tax on the rent from every guest staying 30 days or less. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. Here is the tax percentages associated with your stay:TOT = 4%



Please note, check-in details will not be sent until the mandatory taxes are fully paid.



Other Things to Note:

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!
