“The property was a great location. Quick access to downtown Kihei and not far from the airport. The property was well equipped with items needed for beach days. One recommendation would be to add an umbrella. Otherwise, very well stocked! My only negative feedback would be regarding cleanliness. The baseboards had quite a bit of dirt in the crevices and the ceiling fan was extremely dusty. “For a million dollar view you can't beat this location. I could have sat and watched the ocean for hours. Very quiet area. Everything needed was right in the condo. IF and I do mean IF there was a downside you are about 2 miles away from the resturants and bars, so if you like to partake in a few beverages you will have get a driver as it isn't walking distance. The beach at the condo is nice and quiet. If you prefer a beach to people watch about 2 miles down to the park. I would definitely...

“It is a nice condominium with all the comforts that will make you feel at home, the kitchen is very equipped and I thought it was a plus to have contact with the owner or manager of the apartment because if you have any problem they are there to help you. The kitchen was fully equipped so you can cook and not spend too much money on food, you also have the beach a couple of minutes walk away which I thought was fabulous and if you don't want the beach you have the condo pool for you to enjoy.”

“Space was great for two adults. Nicely appointed kitchen. The lanai was fabulous, we had many meals and cocktails on it, the view is hard to beat. Partial sunsets from the lanai when we visited because of the time of year & position of the sun (mid May) but you definitely see all the colours. Easy enough to just travel down to Kam beach 2 or 3 (during sunset rush hour which really isn’t that bad at all) and you’ll see the full sunset. Bed is a comfy king, good pillows, couch is comfy as well....

“This was a great location condo near the beach and great food. This 2nd floor corner unit is just what my wife and I needed. The owners were easy to communicate with and also pit me in touch with BEST OF MAUI ACTIVITIES. They were alo great to help guide amd assist in purchasing activities. They took my feedback due to some limitations in physicality for to recent hospital stay. Pool right on property and many near-by beaches. Would definitely come back...”
