“A nicely renovated duplex unit in a Victorian home. Window AC because of the house infrastructure kept the place cool. We thought the unit had a barbecue and were disappointed that it didn’t, but the host provided one! A sweet little backyard with lovely trees. A quiet block. A couple of minutes walk to the Confederation Trail, which takes you to the amazing Farmers Market Wednesdays and Saturdays. ”

“This is a cozy spot with a lot of recent upgrades that still feels very homey and relaxed. A gorgeous location, and walkable to Stanhope Beach with easy drives many other places. Welcoming host and folks in the other cottages were quiet. This is a super affordable gem and the whole property is clearly undergoing renovations but keeping that lived-in cottage feel. Very nice to have brand new windows and a heat pump in a sweet little cottage by the sea. We will definitely stay again. ”
