“This is not a 4star hotel as described, it’s just a tired old pub that has some accommodation. The ‘deluxe’room that we had booked had stained carpets,sofa and cushions and was very basic. The two small bath towels and one hand towel provided were frayed. The menu is very basic in the pub. I had a pizza that was inedible as it tasted mouldy and looked horrible. “The room was very clean and a comfy bed. However VERY dissapointed with the breakfast. Would have preferred somewhere to sit down and eat rather than perch on the bed, breakfast cereals and pastries available just outside the room, but nowhere to sit down and no milk, only found a very small amount of little pods of milk for drinks. However as we didn't use the wardrobe, to store clothes, it was only on leaving and doing a routine check, thatxwe found a small fridge with milk in.”
