    Welcome to 204 W Acapulco. Boasting 4,300 living square feet, this 8 bedroom home can sleep up to 27 people, in beds, making it a premier vacation rental property for large family groups. The first floor has brand new flooring installed as of 2026! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and new stainless steel appliances you will need to prepare delicious meals. The first floor living area is equipped with a pool table in addition to a newest model large screen TV. The backyard is easily accessible through the living/dining area. This beautifully landscaped backyard offers a private heated pool and hot tub where guests can relax and let their cares float away with the island breeze. This home has several balconies... 1400 square feet of balconies! The 2nd and 3rd floors have balconies on the front and back of the house. Guests can park their vehicles in the spacious two car garage and in the driveway.

    This home is located within walking distance of the entertainment district, local shops, and restaurants so you are never to far away from a good time. With two separate living areas and a sun room on the 3rd floor there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax when they are not out by the pool. Six large flat screen televisions means no one will have to miss the big game or their favorite show. If you want to get out of the house the sandy beaches of South Padre Island are just minutes away.

    Every stay at 204 W Acapulco includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our large group. The backyard is well fenced in. The pool and hot tub were clean. The best part was that we were allowed to check in an hour hourly, which was when we arrived.

Great getaway

House was huge, we had rooms that no one used. The pool and hot tub were a little dirty but not bad enough from stopping us from jumping in. Would definitely book again!

Perfect for big groups and families

The house is huge and good for big group. The pool and kitchen is good for a family. Lots of bed so you could sleep comfortably. We have a good time a really enjoy the place. I would recommend this place if you have big group and want a big house. Will come back again in the future!

Perfect

We had 16 stay altogether (a mixture of adults and teenagers). The stay was perfect! Plenty of room, and it was in a wonderful location with everything in walking distance. Check in was easy, and everyone I talked to with the process was friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this place again to stay at in the future!

Private and spacious

The place is very private and spacious !!!!! Definitely near several shopping centers , places to eat etc, great location !! The kitchen has ever pot and pan needed for those home cooked meals !

Couples Group Vacation

There was plenty of space plus extra for the 10 of us that stayed. It was like being on vacation with a group of people but also having enough space to have your own time your spouse! SPI was very prompt and responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We had a great time and would stay at this property again!

Beautiful spacious home

This home was big enough for my whole family of 16 people. The rooms are the size of a hotel room. My family had a blast. Everything is walking distance. The neighbors were friendly.The only down side was racial slurs yelled at my children.

PERFECT

The house was perfect for my group of 17. We got to enjoy the grill by the pool. The hot tub wasn't getting as warm as we would like but when we asked about it they hopped right on it. Great service

Excellent

We had a great time. The place is awesome and we could walk to the beach. We were located on the bay side but not a far walk to the ocean side. Great food every where we went. Weather was a little on the chilly side so we didn't get to use the pool as much as we wanted but we found lots of fun places to hang. Rode horses on the beach and there was a lot of good music everywhere. Great memories ❤️

Rooms & location

We like to visit island once a while with a group of friends, we stay this house because it has enough rooms for every family, even the teens, got their own rooms! Of course, rooms are very comfortable and clean. Especially, the location of this house closes to the restaurants that we usually like to go, very convenient!! Fortunately, we are so blessed to enjoy after long pandemic!!

Great house

Booked for a family vacation (15 people) and everyone was able to have their own space. Third floor bunks room was a little hotter than the rest though. Other than that kitchen was big enough for half the family to be doing things and still move around. Will definitely book again if have that many people.

40th Birthday

We were celebrating my husband's 40th birthday. We did have a nice time. The location was great! A few things that need work was housekeeping and items for the house. Definitely should invest in plastic cups for a house that has an amazing pool. Glad we had the chance to stay at this VRBO / SPI property.

Great location, very clean, plenty of room for 14.

We had a great time at this rental. Great location and within walking distance to everything. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The pool table was also great. Nice big kitchen which was well stocked. The only problem was the water had to be turned off part of a day because of a city issue. We celebrated two birthdays and our 50th wedding anniversary. Perfect place for our whole family. Thank you for a very memorable vacation with our family.

Wonderful 10 days!

Really enjoyed So. Padre. House was big and roomy for our family. Good neighborhood. Some problems with appliances which were a little annoying but property management sent repair people out pretty quickly.
