➡️ Construction Notice: Saida III is undergoing a building-wide exterior restoration project, currently scheduled from September 2026 through early March 2027. Construction will typically take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise, dust, scaffolding or other equipment, temporary balcony impacts, and contractor activity. Work will move throughout different sections of the building, so the level of impact may vary depending on the dates of your stay. Construction schedules and hours are subject to change due to weather, inspections, and other project conditions. Rate adjustments or refunds related to the construction will not be provided for reservations made after September 10, 2026.
