Beachfront, Luxurious, Great Location with Amazing Views!!!

  • ¡Ubicación! ¡!! ¡Ubicación!!! ¡Bienvenidos al condominio, un alojamiento frente al mar recién renovado, con decoración tropical y amueblado de lujo! Es un apartamento en esquina con unas vistas impresionantes al mar, acceso privado a la playa, piscina climatizada, jacuzzi y una ubicación céntrica en la isla. ¡A un paso de restaurantes y tiendas! Échale un vistazo con las fotos, el vídeo y las opiniones.

    Si sois más de 10 personas, reserva dos apartamentos (segunda y tercera planta) con nosotros, si están disponibles. Podéis ser un grupo grande de hasta 20 personas. Cada apartamento tiene capacidad para hasta 10 personas.

    La cocina está totalmente equipada (¡tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinar!) y cuenta con armarios blancos, un salpicadero de azulejos y una encimera de Corian con aspecto de granito, además de electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.

    La sala cuenta con un televisor plano de 55" montado en la pared con vista al mar y una pared entera de espejos que reflejan esas vistas, además de un sofá cama queen size, un sillón reclinable de cuero, un sofá de dos plazas y dos cómodos sillones decorativos de tela.

    El comedor cuenta con una mesa de madera extensible de 7 piezas y sillas. ¡También hay una trona para bebés o niños pequeños!

    Despiértate en el dormitorio principal con la salida del sol desde una lujosa cama king size de madera, además de un televisor de 50".

    El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con una cama Queen size, una cama individual y un televisor de pantalla plana de 50" montado en la pared.

    El segundo dormitorio de invitados cuenta con una cama queen size de madera de alta gama y una cuna para padres con niños pequeños.

    Magníficas vistas al mar desde el balcón y el dormitorio principal. Siéntete libre de relajarte y contemplar las olas del mar y el amanecer mientras los niños juegan en la piscina o se relajan en el jacuzzi.

    Se incluyen servicios de wifi y televisión por cable.

    Las instalaciones de Suntide II incluyen una piscina junto a la playa, un jacuzzi, una terraza para tomar el sol, un cancha de tenis y una zona de barbacoa.

Great condo with amazing view of the beach. Walking distance to some popular hangout restaurants and bars. The host was available when I had questions. Everything was excellent!!!

First time staying this close to the beach! I had a beautiful view every morning… There was plenty of space for my family of 7 and 1 child. They even had chairs and boogy boards we could use for the beach! The walk to the beach was short and sweet! And the pool and hot tub were great also! The elevators were working and they even had carts to help with luggage. I recommend this place and the host was very responsive. We will def be staying here again. The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was only being able to park 1 car on site, the other vehicles had to park on a first come first serve across the street and it was hard for my family members that were handicapped but other than that…10/10.

This is a great place to relax and enjoy family. The condo was clean, beautiful and spacious. The view from the balcony…. Gorgeous! The beach was close and I could see my kids and hear them laughing. The condo stayed cool and we had to actually turn it up. I contacted the owner twice and both times got resolution. Nothing major, needed clean towels and l did not print out my parking pass. They keep extras in the cabinet but they were out and in less than an hour he delivered one to our door. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a weekend at South Padre Island, this condo has an amazing location with beach view! Equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fun weekend, plenty of space and check in was a breeze

Annual family fishing trip

Great! The rooms and beds were good and the view of the beach and pool were really nice. Parking was a little tough if traveling with more than one vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you again—we have checked out, and we had an amazing time! The condo was absolutely perfect… very spacious and had more than enough room for everyone.Upon arrival, parking was easy, and access to both the pool and beach areas was very convenient. I also really appreciated that it wasn’t noisy or overcrowded, and everyone we crossed paths with was kind and welcoming.When we entered the condo, everything was clean, neat, and stocked with the necessities we didn’t even realize we’d need…such a thoughtful touch.Thank you as well for allowing my sister and brother-in-law to spend time with us there to celebrate Easter…it truly meant a lot. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating the few times I reached out.If I had to rate this condo, it’s definitely a 10 out of 10!Once again, THANK YOU!

Perfect location for family vacation

Perfect location for family vacation. Beach was a two mini walk from pool, view was amazing. This condo had every thing you would need. My husband really liked the convenience of the beach, restaurants and shops in walking distance. We will book again with this location
