WHAT A DUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!
A one star rating for this dump is way too good. Unfortunately that was the lowest rating allowed. This is by far the worse property I have stayed at in over 30 years of rentals. When we arrived the balcony floor, and outdoor furniture, were absolutely filthy. There were cigarette butts, trash and dirt all over the floor. Inside the unit there was sand everywhere. The vibration, and noise, from the remodeling of a unit two floors up was unbearable! When we complained about the noise to the front desk they couldn’t care less. There were no instructions for the televisions/cable boxes so despite our excellent technical ability we were unable to get the TVs working. The WiFi was a joke as we needed to reboot the router several times. The internet was slow at best, that is when it worked at all. I had to waste an entire afternoon of my vacation dealing with onsite management, Vacasa and VRBO regarding the construction noise. That effort fell entirely on deaf ears. I will NEVER go to another Vacasa property again! Save your money, and vacation, by taking your hard earned dollars elsewhere!
