The Space:

Discover our fourth-floor condos with elevator access, featuring spacious layouts and opulent natural stone finishes throughout. Each room includes its own bathroom with a comfortable booth shower. Enjoy the serenity of a private pool reserved exclusively for building guests. We kindly ask that only residents and their accompanied visitors use this amenity to ensure a peaceful, relaxing experience for all.



Guest Access:

Enjoy secure access to our accommodations with key cards issued exclusively upon presentation of valid ID by La Copa Inn Beach Hotel. Each unit features a unique lock with a deadbolt, ensuring your safety and privacy throughout your stay.

This condo is centrally located on South Padre Island close to all of the best dining and entertainment SPI has to offer!



Getting Around:

Explore South Padre Island effortlessly with the complimentary South Padre Island Metro, providing convenient access to most areas on the island. Additionally, our location on Gulf Blvd. offers easy accessibility to the island's "Park and Ride" facility in the south of town. Embrace the island's bike-friendly atmosphere, with Gulf Blvd. providing a perfect route for cycling enthusiasts right outside our condos.



Other Things to Note:

Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.



Additionally, parking is limited to two vehicles per unit in the condo driveway, with each unit's parking space clearly designated. To ensure compliance, please prominently display your parking permit inside your vehicle, preferably on the inside mirror or dashboard. Parking permits are available for pickup at check-in.



Enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for all registered guests, plus free access to the pools and gyms at La Copa Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sand Rose Beach Resort — all conveniently located in South Padre Island near this property.



Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $50 plus taxes per pet.



Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning.



Primary guest must be age 21 or older to reserve.



Important Notice for Our Guests: Your reservation total includes a $59 damage waiver fee, providing coverage up to $1500 for accidental damages. Additional details will be provided upon check-in. If you have any questions before booking, please don't hesitate to reach out. Please note, we do require a credit card on file for damages not covered by this policy.



Please note: Our pool will be undergoing renovations this month (Jan2025) to enhance your future experience. During this time, our guests are welcome to use the pool facilities at our sister property. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
