The staff at the facility were all very polite but they have no flexibility for late check out even in the slow season. We may have been one of 5 guests if that in the whole complex. We have been doing vrbos for a few years now and we have never had anyone tell us in down season we cant check out late. We were checking out on a Thursday at the end of October at beach property. We asked for a 2 hours later check out and was denied. Over all great place but also got a sticker put on car due to parking in a shorter spot and end of van was maybe an inch over the line at the end of the van. The parking space right next to it the line was further out and we were one of maybe 5 vehicles in the whole lot.
