Nice affordable spot in paradise

Perfect for us. Cheaper tha a hotel that just has two beds and a bath. We had a nice space to relax when we werent playing.

Favorite Place on the Island

My wife, daughter and I have stayed in several rentals on the island and this is our favorite. We had plenty of room to relax, dine and hang out. The stocked kitchen made meals easy and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and soaps. Beds were comfortable and wife loved the extra blankets. Ample parking, cool balcony and the ability to wash the sand out of our clothes before returning home were all huge plusses. Plan to rent again.

Amazing getaway!

This house was amazing! It was our first trip as a family from our small town, and it was totally worth the drive. We arrived and the house was so clean and cozy! It was only a 3 minute walk from the home to the beach and we enjoyed it so much! The sunrise from this afternoon property was beautiful, as well as the sunset. The inside of the home was spacious and the beds were so comfortable and clean! We enjoyed staying here and could not have chosen a better place. Will definitely be coming back to SPI again in the future and will be staying here again! The communication with the property manager was amazing and always attentive to detail and always responded in a timely manner. Amazing over all!! And highly recommend !!

Enjoyable stay, no hassles, no drama

This pet friendly home was the right space for my family of 4. Its convenient location is just 100' from either of two boardwalk entrances to the beach. A garden hose out front allows you to spray off sand before coming inside. Deep driveway and garage access that could have accomodated 3 or 4 cars. Quiet, separate rooms with Queen beds. Enough dishes and cookware to make a Thanksgiving meal (we did).

There are better places

On our checking day, we arrived at about 5:30 pm and noticed after unloading our groceries that the fridge wasn’t cooling. We were told this is typical and to wait 24 hours for it be fully cooled. That’s bologna - we have another property where the fridge is cold within 2 hours, no way it should take a day. Also, this place need to be sprayed for roaches. As for being pet friendly, the yard is full of stickers and there is no enclosure to make it easier for the animals. There is also no security light outside which makes putting the door code in difficult without using your phone as a flashlight. Garage was also promoted, however it does not open and it too small for most vehicles. There are better places to stay for sure.

Cute place, close to beach access.

A cute condo very close to beach access #5 & 6. Centrally located to provide great access to most of the Island. We used a golf cart for easy entry and exit, as the parking area is right on Gulf Blvd. Obviously pet friendly and could use some updating. The furniture is well used and does not match the pictures. The AC could not keep up, so the temperature inside got pretty warm during the day and freezing at night. The garage door wouldn't open, it appears to be off the track. All in all, a cute place for a short stay with pets.

Clean and comfortable!

Received a text the morning before check in advising we could check in at noon instead of 3pm which was awesome in and of itself. Then we get there and it was extremely clean and comfortable. We took off to the beach and it was literally 3 minutes away. Just cross the street and you're there, literally. Perfect place!

Save your money, ***read ALL reviews***.

The cockroach problem is an ongoing since mid 2019 and doesn't seem to be a priority to fix. I had manage issues EVERY day with this place. Was I acknowledged? Yes with an apology every single time for the daily new find of cockroaches, the DirectTV that wasn't working (we aren't big TV people so that wasn't critical), about all the paper products that weren't available, including trash bags, not to mention a shower curtain that I was afraid will fall off the wall. My small compensation wasn't enough to replace all the time that I spent dealing with these problems on my vacation. ***
