Awesome place!

This was a fantastic place! Pool was nice and had beach access. Within walking distance to alot of things. Very clean, spacious and super easy to access. I would definitely stay here again if ever in SPI.

Great Family Condo

The condo was clean and the pool was excellent. There were some issues with the condo but were fixed in a timely manner. The walk to the beach is a little tough but bot the worst.

We loved It.

My Family and I loved it from the moment we've walked through the door. And the top floor area is the Iceland on the cake. The patio View is amazing 👏. Our stay here made us say "we have to come back at least once a year!"

Great experience

If you enjoy watching the sun rise, walking the beach, or having morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the balcony, this is your place! Didn’t want to leave.

Nice condo great views

The rooms were clean and nice. Property was well kept and pools were nice and clean. The views were great. Good view of fireworks on the 4th from bayside balcony. Verticle blinds did not work. Some bulbs out or going out. Issues with parking- no pass (plastic one) in the room and was not told by security person when checking in that there should have been one for parking inside gates. Had to park outside gates all week. The front lobby personel do not have anything to do with Vacasa rentals and were no help on any matter. The is a property manager in another office. Front lobby did not explain that. When checking out and returning paper parking permit to the office, that really nice lady in that office explained everything. But we were checking out so......and even though the rental information binder stated there was daily towel exchange, its outdated and Vacasa does not provide that service...there is a washer/ dryer in the condo.

Too bad, beautiful place

Has blue carpet that obviously has not been vacuumed but it was just me so I didn't complain. Then the management forgot to add the # in the text so the gate code did not work. I sat at the gate with 4 cars behind me trying all the numbers to see why the gate code didn't work. Finally got in, had an enjoyable stay, now a $60 late fee is showing up on my credit card. I left early that morning for a 6-hour drive back to Austin. I called VRBO, they sent me to a booking "partner" the booking partner sent me back to VRBO. No one knows who charged me and no one will help. It's too bad, the view is beautiful, but the execution is not. I have never left a less than favorable review and would not have complained except now they are charging me $60 for no reason. I am sorry for the owners. They are not being served well by their management. I will dispute the charge, but the time invested to get this resolved.....

A relaxing weekend beach get-away

What a wonderful way to wake up in the morning and watch the waves rolling in while sipping coffee with family. Easy access to the "public" beach via a "private" entry kept us away from the crowded portions of the beach. All in all, the perfect get-away weekend to relax and recharge.

A great getaway

The view of the gulf, and all the windows! The king suite was fabulous. The porch was wonderful to sit out on. The tennis courts and pools were great. And it was only a short walk to the beach. There were also two great little restaurants right next to the condo.

Very enjoyable

Great facility and location. Was fairly clean, beds comfy and washer and dryer in the condo was a plus. Easy access to beach also. Had trouble getting tv to work but called and Robert came and got everything working right away, he was super nice. There was some confusion about parking pass not in condo and had to pick up at HOA and the gal who answered the gate entry and at HOA was a little rude but was having a bad day I would assume. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Condo with amazing views

This condo was amazing. The living area was bright and open. The full window of walls created this picturesque view of the ocean. I enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the living space and sunsets from the bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were well kept and perfect temperatures. I would stay here again in a heartbeat
