One word...beautiful.

The condo has all that you need for your day to day living. It was cleaned and prepared very well. The balcony views were amazing. We all enjoyed staying here, would stay again and totally recommended it!

We’ve stayed here twice and it has tons of room. Good view of the ocean even from the third floor. Very clean and has all the kitchen items you need. Beds are comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Only reason for 4 stars is because both times we’ve stayed there have been maintenance issues.

Loved it !!!

We loved everything about the property! Very clean, guest service respond very quickly, the beach was about a 5 minute walk so the location was very convenient, and the pool on the property was great ! We loved that it has a smaller 1 foot pool for smaller kids to enjoy as well ! This will be our go to spot when we visit !

Fantastic place, fun location close to the beach!

Updated unit in an older building with nice ammenities. The neighbors were quiet and the views of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great unit! You will love it!

100% recommend staying here. You will love it. It has everything including beach chairs and a soft cooler. The only thing you need to pack is a beach towel. We will be back.

Good value

Almost everything in the unit has been updated and is in like new condition. Only the tub/shower for the secondary bedroom seems to be a bit dated and dirty looking/stained. We liked that the property had direct access for us to walk right out to the ocean and we liked being able to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. Overall I would say this is a good value for the price. One caveat: the stairs between the two floors are steep. This would not be a good option for older folks or people with bad knees. The first step coming down from the second floor is extremely narrow and could be dangerous.

Our stay start off very rocky.

The unit wasn’t ready when we were told it would be. The unit lacked enough linens and towels for our 10 day stay. There was a washer/ dryer on site but it was very small and no detergent as available. The staff (cleaning and management ) was a number of different people. This made it difficult to ask for items to be addressed. An HVAC person needed to be called because it was freezing on the lower level. Our stay was over the Christmas holidays which made getting things taken care more difficult

Nice location and view. Convenient apartment layout

Pros: Excellent location and access to the beach. Convenient layout - bedrooms and living room are on different floors, so party people and sleepers are perfectly divided :-) Good internet and spectrum cable TV. No audible sound from neighbors or from the corridor! Cons: - No extra set of bed sheets and blankets for the bed in the living room. While the number of guests was clearly communicated, the bedding was missing and we only discovered it at night, so there was no point in calling support. - Twin beds in the second bedroom are too small and do not fit adults of 6ft height. - Despite the apartment looking renovated, the bathrooms are in worse condition than everything else. Bathroom floor mats are not replaced during the cleaning between guests and are extremely dirty. - AC external units are on the balcony right outside the bedrooms and are pretty loud. Single AC thermostat located in the master bedroom - be prepared to agree on a temperature setting for both bedrooms :-) - No electric kettle in the kitchen - tea lovers will boil water in the pot. - Keurig coffee maker - extra run to the grocery for a set of K-CUPS, or, if you have your ground coffee with you, brew it in the pot.
