This is our family’s 3rd time staying in this home and it never disappoints! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, the walk to the beach is close and coming back home to enjoy the pool is always a treat. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a great property to stay with a large group. Our entire family of 20 stayed here for four days and had the best time. There are plenty of sleeping areas and common areas to hang out where the different age groups could gather. The pool was great and a quick walk to the beach. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts provided everything we needed, which made our family gathering relaxing and enjoyable. The house was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and everyone had plenty of space. We especially loved how close it was to the beach, and both the pool and the game room were huge highlights—they kept everyone entertained and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!

We enjoyed our time in Padre Island. The unit was easily accessible to the beach. The owners we quick to respond to questions. The place had everything we needed. We would definitely rebook if we were to go back to S Padre.n

This was a wonderful house for a fun time with families. It easily fit the 10 of us with room to spare. There were enough dishes, silverware, pots and pans for anything you would want to make. They even had beach towels and equipment to make it easy to go to beach like chairs wagons and coolers. The house was very clean and we had little to do for checkout. I would recommend this home to anyone going to south padre island

This home is walking distance to the beach, comes with beach chairs, wagons, and even a couple boards making less things we needed to pack. The kids loved all the games available to play with during our downtime. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies but bring your own spices.

We stayed here for a big family vacation and there was PLENTY of space for us all with space for people to just get away from the commotion of the family if needed. We ABSOLUTELY loved everything about this property! Its such a beautiful home and within walking distance to the beach access! Extremely clean and comfortable for us all! Huge kitchen and dining table to fit all our needs of our big group. It is even pet friendly which was a must for us! We would highly recommend this property and will always keep it in the backs of our minds if we ever make it back down there!

The whole family loved our stay in your lovely home, with such pretty decorating, and incredibly furnished kitchen! You have truly thought of everything! Thank you so much!We had a mishap with a coffee mug, please let me know if we can pay for that. And you had mentioned you like to know of any problems for future guests…the coffee maker in the upstairs kitchen seems to be leaking a bit of water on the counter, but still makes a good cup of coffee!Many thanks for sharing your home with us! This was a beautiful property with plenty of space and a short walk to the beach. The game room and pool (when not at the beach) were a hit for everyone and lots of fun had by all.

Mothers Day Weekend Beach Trip

The house was perfect for all 17 of us , the online description is spot on . Perfect walking distance to the beach, shops and our favorite eatery at the Palms.
