Guest Access:

La Copa Vacations equips each Tiki Condo with a digital lock. Complete all documentation and fee payments to receive an email with entry instructions and a unique code, which will stop working at 11am on the date of your checkout.

Adjacent to Bar Louie and the Courtyard by Marriott’s Beach Bar, The Tiki Condominiums is a beachfront complex, offering proximity to South Padre Island's hotspots such as Barry’s Bistro and On the Border Tex-Mex Cantina & Bar. Just a walk away are attractions like Clayton’s Beach Bar, Sea Turtle Inc., and the Birding and Nature Center. Enjoy easy access to boat docks, the Convention Center, and a popular kite-boarding spot known as 'the flats'.



Getting Around:

Seamlessly explore South Padre Island using the complimentary South Padre Island Metro, providing hassle-free access to most destinations on the island. Also, take advantage of the 'Park and Ride' facility positioned in the south of town. Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.

Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $50 plus taxes per pet.
