Problems we had

Property divided into 3 units. The unit downstairs smells really bad, had to call. The office sent a man who took some smelly water from the AC and put a product to help with the smell. Then the smell turn into a chemical smell (kerosene). I had to call back to the office and they sent another person confirming that it was IMPOSSIBLE stay there the 2 nights we payed. We coundn't use that unit, other than the extra large roaches outside in the swimming pool area. Still waiting for an answer on the reimbursement...

Huge property, close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay as it was the perfect size since we had three different families staying here. We had plenty of space but still a large enough space to hang out. We loves the proximity to the beach and the pool on property. I would just say the unit needs some updating, but overall our stay was great!

Absolutely loved this house. Beds were amazing in house B were so comfortable and would love to know what kind they are so that I can have it in my home. Would love to rent again for our family reunion.

In the most part the home was good. We had an issue with the pool and after a call to the property management company it was partially resolved. There was a rain storm and the roof leaked.

Great family destination!

My large family stayed here after Christmas and with all the chaos that goes into the holidays this was a perfect getaway! Plenty of room for everyone. The fenced in back yard with the pool was excellent. Close to beach. Plenty options of activities and shopping near by. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall was a nice stay

Had a great time. The property was nice. Had a little hiccup checking in, but office was very helpful. A few minor plumbing issues that the management was informed of and helpful. Rooms in complex A are extremely hot at night, so be sure to bring a fan. There were 5 families and there was more than enough room. Complex C was used the most by everyone, as it was closest to the pool and had the biggest table for everyone to gather and eat. Very close to the beach, less than a 10 min walk. Everyone had a really good time. Would definitely look into this property again.

Great vaca

we had a group of 24 and we loved the house the heated pool and hot tub! the location was awesome- we walked 5 min 1 way to the beach to watch the sun rise and 3 min the other way to watch the sun set. would def book again-Thank you!!

The worst experience we ever had both from the vrbo and the renter. Never ever rent this house.

We have a tradition traveling every year for the last 7 years. never had this kind of a health risk Situations. when i arrived to the house and open the downstairs door, the smell of the house was extremely bad i called in to renter and mentioned the condition they said we will send the cleaning worker but they couldn’t do any thing the pad part is the knew it has that problem but they didn't care. the house has a mold issue that is not going to be fix by simple cleaning i ask them to transfer me to a different house they couldn't we were 32 people so we have to abandoned The downstairs and moved up stairs the smell is still up stairs too but not as bad as downstairs i called vrbo and that also was a worst experience they never believe me and sided with the renter The first two days i was on the phone every time i called i had to be on the phone And been told to hold for 2 hours and hung up on me. the renter agreed to refund me 30% of what I paid That doesn’t include the service charge i paid. also bought insurance if in case something happened but that also never help me. if you ever see this house please don't rent it i called the city of south padre health inspector they said we will check it out i don’t know if they did or not. The house should not be posted for renters at all no one will hear you when you are in need of help in a place you don't know anyone. I am still asking vrbo to do more for their clinet when they face a problems. and i will let you all know in a social media what the result be after they respond for what i ask. I will continue to share this house in many social medial for the people who are planning to travel to south padre not to rent this property every thing in house is very old sticky and all tables and chairs leg are broken in seven years time this is the worst house ever we face hope this would be the last.

It is what it is.

Worked out well and was exactly what we needed for 20 of us, 10 adults and 10 kids with infants and napping needed. Was not as clean as it could have been and there were several things broken when we got there, as well as ants in the kitchen. Landlord was very responsive. Didn't get key for the 3rd downstairs villa which was ok since we didn't need the extra rooms/beds but would have been nice to not be on top of each other.

Group of 14 - all family

The headboard that was attached to the wall fell in the middle of the night and scared us half to death, the bed frame that is made of wood has gaps and cracks, the commode ran and needs repair, a towel holder was laying across the sink when we arrived. For the price that we paid, more towels and better linens could have been provided. The cream colored sofa is horrible and smells. This property really needs some work,
