The property was exactly a listed. The check in process couldn't have been any easier. The proximity to beach access was just about as close as you can get in a private home on spi.

Wonderful Property!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The elevator really came in handy for my aging parents with bad knees. Accommodations were beautiful and prompt communication with property owner. Will definitely be staying here again!

We were SO pleased with our stay! Our kids ages, 7 & 10, couldn't wait to get in the pool and because it was heated perfectly everyone enjoyed it. who are in their 70s & 80.

Great house

The house was as advertised. Beach was walkable and all of the bars and restaurants were an easy drive. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was big and well stocked and the host was super easy to work with

The Greatest Host Ever

I have rented SO many VRBO’S ‘in the past. And I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a host as hospitable, accommodating, and just so very easy to deal with. It was an amazing time with our family for our son’s wedding. Thank you Joe very much!!

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much at this property, everything was clean, spacious and we especially enjoyed the private pool. Our Host, Dr Garza was very prompt at getting back to me with any questions i had. We would definitely book again in the future!

Close to the beach!

Wonderful stay. I'm glad we picked this place. Spacious enough for our party of 12. The beach supplies there were perfect, the house was clean, the pool was nice, and the house had everything we needed for a toddler. We didn't have any issues, and the owner was very nice and answered all of our questions prior to our trip to help us prep. I definitely recommend this place.

Best Friend Time

This property was perfect for the four of us. There were plenty of bedrooms for each of us to spread out and enough communal space to come together. The beach is a short walk away from the property and close enough to resorts to rent loungers (we did not use beach equipment provided). The pool on the property needs some attention; however we still had a great time. The elevator was perfect for bringing items up to the 2nd and 3rd floors. We really liked being able to use the garage. The location is close enough to resorts for dining as well. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Great home for a family stay.

We stayed at this home the week after Thanksgiving with our son and his family and our daughter and her family. The home easily accommodated the 10 of us with plenty of space and privacy. The weather wasn't ideal while we were there so we were only able to use the beach one day, but the heated pool in the backyard saved the day for our grandkids. It was warm and clean, and provided hours of fun for the family. The location of the home was easy to get in and out of, and was a short drive to stores etc. It is not in the heart of the "action" but for our family needs it was fine. The pros of the home: It's location! Literally 3 min walk to the beach. The home has some beach chairs, toys, wagon etc, but some of the chairs were "tired" The pool towels were provided It's size and the elevator to take you from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. The heated pool. The well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. The cons: The property is a little worn. The landscaping could be freshened, and it all could use a good power washing. The interior was clean for the most part but some food was left in the cupboard and the ants had moved it, but we were able to clean out the cabinet, and the ants eliminated. The living room furniture could be updated. The couches were a bit uncomfortable but for the family it was fine. As far as the host, Joe, he couldn't have been more responsive and helpful! He was great to work with!

Enjoyed our stay

The property is located in a great spot to both get to the beach or stores quickly on foot. Plenty of space in the unit with all the floors and the elevator is great for getting luggage to third floor. I could nit pick odds and ends but there’s no need to because all the good outweighs the bad in this unit. Owner was quick to respond to needs and was generous to leave toilet paper, spices, and a few condiments in fridge. Not everyone does that. We enjoyed the nature bird center, driving/walking down to UFO beach, incredible sunsets, and lots of photo opportunities since we stayed over Christmas. This town must be really neat during the peak season!

Steps from the beach

House was more than big enough for 8 of us. Local restaurants were great. Loved spending time exploring the beach and the shops. A few minor problems but the host was quick to respond and help us solve the problems in a timely manner. House was clean and centrally located.
