The house was as advertised. Plenty of room for grandkids to play. They enjoyed the pool. It was a 2 block walk to the beach. With the provided wagon it was easy to haul everything that was needed. The elevator was nice to have when unloading car and then loading it back up to leave. The only issue we had was when we attempted to grill burgers on the grill. We could not get the grill hot enough to cook them. I messaged the host but he never responded. Everything else worked wonderfully and the house was stocked really well with anything you could want.

We really, truly enjoyed staying at this property. The elevator is a godsend. We cooked most meals over the course of our stay and using the wagon in the garage and the elevator made it easier to haul everything up to the second floor. The pool is heated and we used it every day. The beach is close by and we visited it most days. The location is great. Joe is the host with the most! We definitely would recommend this property.

Wonderful Property!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The elevator really came in handy for my aging parents with bad knees. Accommodations were beautiful and prompt communication with property owner. Will definitely be staying here again!

We loved the house! We spent lots of time in the pool. Had plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Loved the big ice chest that was there.

Great house

The house was as advertised. Beach was walkable and all of the bars and restaurants were an easy drive. The bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was big and well stocked and the host was super easy to work with

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much at this property, everything was clean, spacious and we especially enjoyed the private pool. Our Host, Dr Garza was very prompt at getting back to me with any questions i had. We would definitely book again in the future!

The property is very nice. Lots of room and lots of little extras like beach towels, wagons etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed.

Close to the beach!

Wonderful stay. I'm glad we picked this place. Spacious enough for our party of 12. The beach supplies there were perfect, the house was clean, the pool was nice, and the house had everything we needed for a toddler. We didn't have any issues, and the owner was very nice and answered all of our questions prior to our trip to help us prep. I definitely recommend this place.
