    Welcome to 121 Canary by the Sea, a beautifully remodeled luxury beach house just half a block from the sand on South Padre Island. This spacious three-level home features a private pool, multiple outdoor decks, open-concept living space, and room for up to 16 guests. Located in the island’s coveted entertainment district, you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and even the grocery store. Park your car and settle in!

    The Space:

    This thoughtfully designed three-level island home was created for families and groups who want to spend time together while still enjoying plenty of personal space. Recently coming off a $250,000 remodel, this a great choice that doesn’t look nor vacation like a cookie cutter.



    Inside you’ll find a large open living area with a newly remodeled kitchen featuring quartz countertops, modern appliances, and a glass tile backsplash plus incredible ceiling details. The kitchen flows directly into the living and dining spaces, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals, family game nights, or relaxing after a day at the beach.



    Something that is super rare on SPI - three decks - step outside onto one of the three spacious decks for morning coffee or evening margaritas while enjoying the warm Gulf breeze or watching your kids in the pool after a long day at the beach



    This home comfortably accommodates large groups while still allowing privacy for everyone.



    Backyard Oasis



    The backyard was designed to be your private island retreat all in one spot!

    • Private swimming pool professionally cleaned and serviced weekly

    • Covered patio seating for relaxing in the shade with incredible backdrop hand painted mural for instagrammable photos

    • Lounge chairs for sunbathing

    • Gas BBQ grill (propane not provided - please bring tank if you want to use)

    • Two upper decks overlooking the pool (3rd deck front of home)



    The ground-floor bonus suite opens directly to the pool, making it perfect for keeping drinks cold and snacks ready during pool time. This suite has a fridge / small kitchenette and is a perfect sleeping area for teens or grandparents alike

    This home sits in one of the most walkable areas of South Padre Island and is what truly sets it apart from other luxury homes on the Island. Park, just a 3-4 min walk to the beach, even the Blue Marlin Grocery Store is walkable



    Arrive, park your vehicle, and enjoy the island on foot.

    This home is professionally managed by South Padre Trips, the island’s highest rated property management company. We operate a public office at 2600 Padre blvd and answer phones 24 hours a day. Fresh, clean linens and towels included.



    Guest services include:

    • Professional cleaning and inspection between each guest reservations

    • 24/7 guest support

    • Keyless digital entry for contactless entry

    • Weekly pool service pro cleans

    • Free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights

    All linens, bath towels, and starter supplies are provided but not unlimited nor replenished so please plan accordingly



    Starter supplies include:

    • Coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener



    Important Notes

    Additional public parking is available along Gulf Blvd but may be limited on busy weekends and we do not guarantee. This home has professional security patrols as well



    Guests must:

    • Be 25 years or older to book or inquire about additional requirements PRIOR to booking

    • Complete a digital rental agreement prior to arrival

    • Provide a photo ID before receiving the door code

    Check-out: 11 AM



    The entry code is sent the day of arrival once all required documents are completed.

    Located at 121 E Red Snapper, our home offers an ideal base for exploring South Padre Island. The stunning beach is just a short 1-2 minute walk (0.2 miles) from your doorstep. Enjoy easy access to a range of dining options, with restaurants like Louie's Backyard and the Meatball Cafe just a few blocks away. The Blue Marlin Supermarket is conveniently located, a quick 150-yard walk for your shopping needs. Entertainment options abound, with Gravity Park, offering go-karts and mini-golf, and attractions like Tequila Sunsets and Cafe Karma all within walking distance. Experience the unique atmosphere of South Padre Island, where golf carts are a common sight, providing easy access to all the island has to offer.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around South Padre Island is easy! You can walk to many attractions from 121 Canary by the Sea, including the beach (a 3-4 minute walk). For exploring further, golf cart rentals are readily available. Additional free parking is available along Gulf Blvd if needed. The nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 30-minute drive away. Please note that public transportation options on the island are limited.



    Other Things to Note:

    Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A digital rental agreement and a photo ID are required before you receive the entry code. The maximum occupancy is strictly 16 guests, including children and infants. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway; street parking is also available. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please wash all dishes, run the dishwasher, and take out the trash upon departure to avoid extra cleaning fees. Starter supplies are provided, but not replenished. For stays longer than 2 nights, you may want to bring more. The primary guest must be 25 years or older. No smoking, parties, or loud noises are permitted. BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise noted. Pets are generally not allowed unless the listing description indicates otherwise.

    We're here to make your stay amazing! You can reach us anytime, day or night, through the channel manager messaging system. We aim to respond to your messages within an hour, but often much sooner. Our team at South Padre Trips is also available 24/7 by phone for any urgent matters.
