  • Nuestro condominio es un apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en planta baja. ¡Es una planta baja con salida directa a la playa y vistas sin obstáculos! Olvídate de los ascensores y las escaleras de las plantas superiores... ¡solo tienes que salir por la puerta del patio y estarás a unos pasos de la playa!!! Además del comedor y la sala de estar, hay un salón independiente con unas vistas fantásticas al mar.

    Imagínate un lugar donde puedas despertarte cada mañana con un precioso amanecer. ¡Nuestro piso está en la planta baja del edificio y, literalmente, a unos pasos de la playa! Disfruta de las vistas panorámicas desde el salón, la cocina y el comedor/sala de estar. Relájate en el patio por la tarde y disfruta del sonido del mar y de la tranquilidad que te ofrece este apartamento tan especial en un lugar muy especial. Simplemente no encontrarás un condominio en South Padre Island con mejores vistas y mejor acceso a la playa.

Great sunrise and beach crashing wave views. The kitchen and pantry had absolutely everything you could ever need to enjoy your stay. My family really enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed at the location several times and have loved it every time. Great host, easy to communicate with, and the location is perfect. If you have little ones this location is perfect because it’s a short walk to go back and forth for naps & breaks from the beach. They also have a high chair available. I was worried the pool would be crowded as we usually go in September, but there are two pools available and they were both great. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Room 117 was the perfect spot. 2nd door from the end to get to the beach. Super close to the pool. Great house. Home away from home. Toys for small children (if you have them)to play at the beach. Boogie boards. An amazing wagon to pull chairs to the beach. Umbrellas. All around great place to stay while visiting South Padre Island.

This is our second stay in this condo at the Sea Vista Complex. The set up is ideal with a young family, ground floor with access straight onto the beach. The condo is very well stocked with gear for the beach and kitchen utensils/ basic pantry ingredients making it very easy to check in and never leave. Would book again no question.

Access to the beach was so easy and our view from the patio was great! The condo was quiet even though we were there during a busy Spring break week. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a little trouble with the TV and lost streaming service during high usage times. Overall, we loved the place and would consider staying there again.

Great Location

You can not ask for a better location in SPI, steps from the beach. Location is very safe as well. security is on sight at nigh ensuring only guest are there. We would certainly stay again

Great stay

We had a great time and the condo was everything we hoped it would be. Check in process was a breeze, the condo was great, and they even had a high chair for our 8 month old. Just a short walk to the beach or steps from a pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Family beach stay

Spent a long weekend with our kids, unit being on the ground floor next to entrance to the beach was a huge amenity to the property. Kids were able to play on the lawn during things like meal prep and packing up for the beach. The unit was well appointed with all necessary items to enjoy yourself on the sand. Would love to book again.

Ed was a great host! The rental was fantastic! Kitchen supplies were plenty. Loads of spices, paper products, a few things were probably left from previous occupants. The living areas are bright and the view was beautiful. Books and games available. Pool and hot tub were nice. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were provided but we didn't spend too much time on the beach. It was very peaceful too. Not sure if it was due to being off-season. Secure parking was a plus.

Our getaway

From booking to departure, Ed has been right there for everything we asked or needed. This condo was more than we anticipated and had all ends of our stay covered. We definitely will be back. We have stayed at many VRBO and this was our favorite. Complete stay we have had! Thanks Ed and Cathy this was a first class experience! Keith & Penny

Breathtaking view

The condo itself was amazing. The view was breathtaking. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The furniture was also cozy. This was great after a day at the beach to come back to and just relax and look at the view. The only downside was all the mosquitos. I was looking forward to sitting out on the patio, but it was impossible without getting eaten alive by all the mosquitos. Will definitely book again, just not in mosquito season.
