The condo itself is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained, including the pool area. We had four teens with us, and they enjoyed the amenities. There is a straight walk of about 2-3 city blocks to beach access, which was convenient. Location wise, the condo is on the very southern tip of the island, so it's quite a hike to get to most stores, restaurants and other stops of interest. We were flying in late in the evening, and were given a keyless entry code for access, so that was really convenient and easy. The only area I feel could use improvement is overall communication by the management company. Months before our arrival, I received a text advising that is how we would communicate. However, anytime I texted, I received no response. When I would call, they were able to see my texts in their "system", so I'm not sure why there weren't responses. We were given incorrect information about sports equipment available for checkout which caused us to waste money purchasing. There was also a fire alarm caused by a power outage on the island while we were there, and the 24/7 customer service line was entirely unhelpful so the fire dept came in and removed smoke detectors. Last, they give you only minimal items for your stay (1 garbage bag for kitchen). We ordered delivery of more supplies midway through our stay (they charge 15 delivery), and then we were missing items from what we ordered. I hope they're able to work those issues out in future.
