    Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this newly remodeled, fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo.  The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, and views of the beach. The guest bedroom is furnished with two queen-sized beds and has an adjoining bathroom. Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 people.  The living room has all new furnishings and a large flat screen TV.  The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with granite counter tops, full bar, and stainless steel appliances.  Situated directly on the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming and then relaxing later on the balcony.

    We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

    **Up to 2 small pets up to 25 lbs with a pet cleaning fee. Pet size/limit are rules set forth by the Home Owners Association and enforced by the on-site Management and Staff.**

Beautifully decorated condo with everything we needed. Great view of the gulf from our balcony. Hosts were communicative and always answered our questions promptly. We will certainly rent this condo again.

Perfect island getaway

This condo had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The location was convenient for exploring local restaurants and stores and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The kitchen was great for nights we stayed in and our kids loved the pools. Definitely recommend!

The vacation was terrific! The owners made the entire experience super. The staff was great and the accommodation was satisfying. Constant communication and attentiveness made our vacation great! We look forward to another stay.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. The accommodations and view were everything we hoped they would be. The beach equipment in the condo was a nice addition. I have stayed at several OVT condos over the years, and this one is my top pick.

Winter vacation

We had a nice relaxing visit in south Padre Island. The unit is close to restaurants, grocery store and other fun activities. The view is outstanding from the unit, incredible sun rises.

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect location , clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Parking and check-in was easy and convenient. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. The hosts are quick to respond to questions/ issues.

This was our second stay at this Ocean Vista condo. It was a perfect location for beach use. The condo was warm and welcoming with everything needed for a beach trip! We’ll be back!

Fabulous Condo on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Just about everything you need for a great vacation is provided. There are beach chairs, a wagon and cooler to take to the beach. The beach and ocean view was wonderful. I highly recommend this for your vacation and I hope to come back here on our next trip to SPI.

Fantastic place

This place is a must! Terrific communication with owners, very prompt with their replies. Place offered a wagon, beach chairs, cooler and many amenities. Almost all places were walkable or take the free island bus! Highly recommend and would get place again!
