  • Beachview is a wonderful South Padre Island vacation rental condo. This two-bedroom vacation condo has two full bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests. This great residence is across the street from the beach and is close to the local entertainment. The third floor unit provides great ocean view from the front balcony and master bedroom.

    Interior was recently update and features professionally decorated rooms, accessories and modern amenities. It is fully furnished with all the necessities of home, including washer/dryer, microwave and flat screen TVs. Bask in the cool ocean breezes from front balcony or relax in the complex's sparkling pool. This unit is the perfect, quiet island retreat and just steps away from sand between your toes!

    From this perfect location, you can walk to the beach or walk to the great shopping stores and delicious restaurants.

    Living Room

    The living room is sure to be a favorite room in the South Padre Condo, with newly remodeled interior, overstuffed leather couches, decorative pillow, and an elegant decor. A full entertainment center – including DVD player and 42' flat screen TV – is there when you need it after an exciting day at the beach. At night, the couch pulls out into a comfortable queen-size bed.

    Kitchen

    This bright and inviting fully equipped kitchen is a perfect place to prepare a meal. With a refrigerator, brand new oven and range, dishwasher, full set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, and microwave, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite comfort foods.

    Dining Room

    The dining area is just off the kitchen and features a great square table with chairs for six for an elegant dinner. Additionally, there are four bar stools by the kitchen for a casual meal.

    Master Bedroom

    The master suite is a private retreat for the couple of the house. This bedroom features oceanview, king-size bed and private bath. Skylights bathe the bedroom in natural light by day and let you sleep under the stars at night. Beautiful comforter, elegant furniture, and an LCD TV complete this room.

    Guest Room

    This bedroom was created with second couple or children in mind. The comfortable queen-size bed and a full size bed featuring plush mattresses and the attached bathroom. With designer furniture, this room will be a favorite place for the family members. New picture will be uploaded showing two beds at the end of March.

    Outdoor Areas

    Beachview, South Padre Island condo features a private balcony off the living room and a great swimming pool, and hot tub is a perfect place to sip frozen margarita and enjoy the gorgeous weather.

    This condo is rented to adults and families only. HOA rules do not allow us to rent to spring breakers.

Great location, good amount of room, loved the balcony. If I had to complain about something the main bed was to firm for me.

Great location

This condo is in a great location! Overall the experience was good. I wish the master bed wasn’t quite so firm (it was REALLY firm), but overall the condo was good. Our son loved the pool, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic!

I really loved the location and view from this condominium. Very nice condo patio, kitchen, stools, and overall tropical-beach feel with an easy and short walk to beach, bakeries, ferris wheel, and laguna madre. IMO: The beds in the guest room were more comfy for me than the master bed. Drawback: Water in the master bedroom shower does not drain all the way unless you push it over with your foot. Needs: 1. Updated pots/pans, 2. Instructions on how to turn on t.v.s (only figured out living room t.v on our third day, but we were active doing beach time, so it wasn't a huge problem), 3. Dowel for patio blinds. Other than that, I really liked it, and so did my two young grandchildren that did a "youtube" faux review with double thumbs up. I'll certainly seek this location availability in the future and have already recommended it to others.

Beachview Condo

We have booked this property before and were so happy with our stay we decided to book again. We, again, were not disappointed. Property is located right across the street from the beach access. Pictures of the rooms are very accurate . It was cozy and spacious just like before. Very clean and location is perfect to head out on foot to walk to the island shops, restaurants, jogs, etc.. Upon arrival we discovered only one issue with the back patio door not locking properly but we called it in and was reassured we wouldnt be charged for that and they'd have it fixed. This is a great property to spend your travels at and look foward to returning again ! Only suggestion I would make would be to have 2 keys that could be requested when checking in just in case members wanted to branch off separately for activities instead of having just the one key and waiting around for the other parties to return . Other than that everything was great !

Beachview condo

AC was not working and it was hot and nothing was done about it .also when u shower in master bedroom shower water doesn't go down drain,drain is not where water falls.so u have to move water towards drain.Only thing was good is they did communicate but didn't take care of the AC problem.

Terrible Communication - Extremely Disappointed

I had a girls trip planned with my two oldest daughters to Padre. We drove 8.5 hours to get there. About 3 hours out I messaged the owner via the app asking for the condo number and access instructions as none had been provided. About an hour out I still had not heard from anyone so I called the number and left a message. I called several more times, including while we stood in front of the complex and still no answer. I ended up booking a hotel because I was not getting a response and we were tired and ready to crash. The owner called me, only after my husband blew up her phone. While I did receive a refund, I did not get an apology or even an empathetic tone. The owner sounded like she couldn’t care less that she had majorly dropped the ball and kicked off our girls trip in a really stressful and disappointing way. Ratings about cleanliness and accuracy of listing get only 1 star because I wouldn’t know since I never saw the property.

Great find!

Wonderful place in a great location. So nice being able to have an ocean view and a quick walk to the beach! One thing that would have made it even better would have been having beach towels and a few beach chairs that we could have brought over from the condo. That would have made it even better!! Overall it was a great place to stay!!

Beachview condo

We originally booked this place for 4 but ended up just being me and my daughter staying at this location. We walked in to find a spacious living area and cozy bedrooms . Bathrooms were great and the master bathroom had a big spacious walk in shower I was not expecting. It was lovely . The balcony was a plus , located right across the street from the beach where u could sit outside and enjoy sunrises and listen to the ocean at night . We made use of most the amenities this place had to offer including the pool. Washer ,dryer and fridge. Great walking distance to local shops ,restaurants and gravity park . We even got to enjoy fireworks on the beach from our location and at the local restaurant down the street while we were enjoying ice cream from KIC'S ice cream who I highly recommend! Delicious!!! So if ur looking for a nice spacious place to stay this would be the spot for you. The bed was a bit to firm for me and the master shower drained a bit slow but other than that this place is great .

Great Place! Highly Recommend!

A girlfriend and I decided to leave the husbands at home and take our 4 year old boys on a little road trip to get them out of the house. The condo was a really nice place to stay and was very kid friendly. The glass table pictured has been replaced, so the moms do not have to worry. Actually, the pictures really do not do this place justice as it has been updated since they were taken. The location was great and the condo had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach was just a short stroll across the street. The property manager was very responsive and super easy to work with. We did not want to leave and will definitely book this condo again for our next visit. Next time we will take our husbands so that we can stay longer. :)

In the middle of it all!

Roomy condo with public beach access across the street, and within walking distance of popular restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Location and View

The location was great...directly across from the beach and easy to get to most places on the island. The condo was relatively clean with the exception of the floor, which was very dirty. The property manager informed me the day before our arrival that the washer was broken, which was a huge inconvenience, but some compensation was provided, since we had to go to the laundromat. The unit is older, but it has a great beach view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay everything was great ! The only disappointing thing was that the washer was broken!! This was one of the main reasons we choose this condo! Manager was very nice and offered us extra towels! It would of been nice if they had told us ahead of time that the washer was not working! But other then that condo was nice!

Clean space, ideal location

The property management was great from start to finish. We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much. We normally stay at the Isla Grand Resort when vacationing in S. Padre, but decided we’d get more bang for our buck this way. And we were right! More space and we were able to cook meals which saved quite a bit of money as well. The condo was clean and furnished nicely, and the access to the beach was wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!

The space was nice but the refrigerator made a super loud noise didn’t fix it until our last day

It needs some updating. The refrigerator was a really bad issue. The washing machine always went unbalanced. It was very disappointing bc of the loud clatter. We had to deal with it for 90% of our stay. It was even louder than the tv. The balcony door was hard to open, it stuck real bad and the front door did the same. The front door was badly stained. Other than that the space was nice.

Great Stay

My stay at Beachview, Room #301 was such a great place. Especially a great place to spend some time with family. The place is spacious for family. If u are looking for a great realxing time at the beach Beachview is definitely recommended.

Condo 1201 Was The Most Beautiful Condo Me & My Family Ever Stayed At And Enjoyed Our Entire Time There. Our Condo Agent Criss Really Did Assist Us With Find One Of The Rare Beautiful Jewels Of A Room On South Padre Island. The Condo Has You Amazed The Second You Walk Through The Door & Has You Feeling Like Your Staying In A Penthouse. You Have A Terrific Pool View, Access To Gym By The Pool Area, Access To The Beach & A Well Equipped Game Room. You May Only See The Bayside Of South Padre Island From The Room But When Its Time For That Sunset. Your Just Gonna Be Amazed. But Trust Me When I Say This Room Will Help Your Stay Be More Thankful And Satisfied For Staying At During Your Time Away. Reserve This Room As Soon As You Can And Let Criss Contact You For The Best Stay You Can Ask For. Heres A Big Thank You Criss From My Family To Yours & The Owner Of 1201 For The Amazing Stay.

Great Place, Hidden Gem!!

This was such and amazing property. Very clean and very well maintained. Family had a great time here. Beautiful Decor, Very clean condo! Staff was amazing! A small walk to the beach even though it was beach front we didn't mind. I will definitely stay here again! Love SPI
