Este condominio está ubicado a pocos pasos de la playa en el hermoso complejo de condominios de lujo de Tiki. Este condominio es una unidad de planta baja con 1 dormitorio y 1 baño. Hermosos jardines tropicales rodeados de 2 piscinas climatizadas. Nuestro condominio está completamente amueblado con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal y 1 futón de tamaño completo en la sala de estar con sillón reclinable. Esta cocina está totalmente equipada con horno de microondas, horno / estufa eléctrica de acero inoxidable, refrigerador de acero inoxidable, cafetera, tostadora, licuadora, platos y utensilios. Le proporcionamos un televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y otro televisor en el dormitorio principal. Los canales de televisión son satelitales. Se ofrece servicio de internet WIFI y larga distancia gratis.


Ropa de cama y toallas de baño también están incluidos. Solo necesitaría traer sus artículos personales.
Los condominios de tiki se encuentran al otro lado del bulevar de Sea Turtle Inc. y el fantástico Centro de Observación y Naturaleza de South Padre Island, el principal destino del Valle del Río Grande para la observación de aves.

Mom and dad vacation

This condo was amazing! The short walk to the beach, the VIEW WAS AMAZING AND can we talk about the location!!! The condo itself was clean, cozy and had awesome artwork on the walls! Kitchen was stocked and just everything was awesome!!!! The host Heidi is super sweet! We will book with her again and again!!!

Heaven on earth

I have stayed at a few properties at the tiki condominiums and this by far is my favorite. I love how close it is to the beach. The room itself is immaculate. It was kept up really well. Everything was just the Best. We will be back.

Pet-Friendly Paradise Just Steps from the Beach

This was our fourth time staying at this condo, and it never disappoints! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which makes it easy to go back and forth throughout the day, especially with kids.The condo is clean, cozy, and has everything our small family needs for a relaxing stay. It’s the perfect size not too big, not too small, and feels like a home away from home.One of the things we love most is that it’s pet-friendly, but you would not know that when staying in the condo because it was nice and tidy. There’s even a convenient grassy area nearby for quick walks.The balcony is great for morning coffee or winding down in the evenings with the ocean breeze. Every time we come back, it’s just as comfortable and welcoming as we remembered.

Perfect quick getaway

As always, our stay was perfection. We always enjoy our stay here. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. We always enjoy the fireworks too. We don't have to leave the condo to have a perfect view of the fireworks. We will definitely rent again soon.

Tiki stay

The inside of Condo was great and clean! I appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes,pans,towels, and appliances at my disposal. Also I’m glad toilet paper and napkins were supplied.The outside property was disappointing due to the grass being tall and was not cut until the very last day I was leaving. The pool was not maintained well, it was filthy, because of the many kids in the pool everyday, during the afternoon and evening which made the pool filthy so i could not enjoy it to the fullest. Lastly, all the staff was friendly and polite!

Great place!

This place was perfect for my husband, myself and our two pups. Super clean, yard access, and we could get to beach and back with no problem. You can tell the property management takes pride in the location and on maintenance plans as air filters were changed out during our stay. Will definitely book this place again thank you

Great Location

Great location just steps away from the beach, close to the pool as well. Wash off station next to beach. Very clean. Perfect for small family or a couple. Check in was easy. My 5th time staying at the Tiki and always have a good time.

Weekend Getaway to South Padre Island

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, room was clean with a beachy vibe. Biggest perk was that the room location was right off the beach, only a few steps 1-2 minute walk. We got a chance to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the beach. Check-in instructions were easy to understand. Heidi provided clear details on parking at the Tiki as well. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!

This is our second stay at this property, two consecutive years. We came back because we loved it so much! It’s a little gem at SPI. Highly recommend…just a few steps from the beach and next two live music restaurants. Hope we can make it back next year.

Perfect Beach Condo

We’ve booked this condo twice and it’s the perfect location and amenities. This time we took our dog and two kids. We like the security that walks around keeping everything calm. We enjoy the band playing next door and the fireworks on Friday and Saturday. You can see the beach from the patio! We will be back next year!

Anniversary getaway

Weekend getaway

This is a great little condo for a weekend getaway with pets! Nicely decorated, clean, and has a nice patio very close to the ocean! My dogs enjoyed the large grassy area right outside. Of note, there is a large hotel next door with a resort style pool and bar/nightclub with large open windows that is extremely loud until midnight, so for people looking for something quiet, this probably isn’t for you.
