The house was very welcoming, very clean and very well stocked. There was every kitchen gadget imaginable. We also loved the grill outback and the outdoor areas were amazing.We enjoyed the games in the game room lots of laughs had and memories made there.

This property was perfect for my family's weekend getaway. It had literally everything we needed, and the multiple phone chargers around the house were a plus! The beds were comfortable, showers great, and the backyard was perfect for a barbecue. We did walk to the beach, and it took us less than 10 minutes to go from the house to getting set up on the beach. We will definitely be returning to Carolyn by the Sea!

Great Getaway

This is the second time we stay at Carolyn by the Sea! The home had everything you need to relax and have fun! It’s close to a beach access and walking distance to Wanna Wanna beach bar and a grocery store. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, pans and appliances (blender, keurig, toaster, air fryer, etc.) Check in was easy and stress free and property manager was quick to send over a plumber when one of the toilets wasn’t working (quick 15 minute fix).Our family really enjoyed the game room! They had darts, ping pong and a full size video game! The pool was clean and sparking! We love staying here and will definitely stay again!

Amazing 4th of July

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home during the first week of July. Check in process and communication with property management was excellent. They were very attentive and helpful with all questions and requests. The house has everything! Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Pool and backyard were pristine ! We had a great time and will definitely book again!

Loved Carolyn By the Sea!

Beautiful home 1/2 block walk to the beach. The home was well stocked and well maintained with great, loving attention to details. The pool was in great condition and there were a lot of pool and beach toys in the large laundry room (along with a fun ping pong table). We've traveled to SPI for many summers and Carolyn by the Sea is easily one of our favorite properties.

Wonderful property

The property was wonderful. The location is perfect, with quick access to the beach and within walking distance of a local market and several restaurants. We loved our stay and definitely will considering coming back!

What an awesome stay.

The house is close to the beach, just a short walk. It has a lovely pool and roomy yard with lounge chairs and tables. Lots of spots to enjoy a morning coffee. The house feels loved - they've put a lot of time into decorating and stocking/labeling everything you need. We appreciate the fact that everything was kept so clean and organized. When we were tired from the beach for the day, the living room was a perfect spot to cozy up and play Nintendo Switch with the kids. The beds were very comfortable. Alot of care goes into this beach house- thank you for making it feel like a home away from home. We had one small issue with the upstairs a/c after a short power outage in the neighborhood, after which the management company came out and fixed right away. Thank you! We definitely would love to stay here again.

Best Family Vaca!

This place felt like home. The beach, the pool, the location. They provided everything we needed and then some. Three minutes from the beach and chillin by the pool in the evening. We are already planning our next visit to this beautiful home!

Nice Quiet Relaxing

The place it self is amazing the interior details with its beach vibe. Is amazing I have stayed at other rentals but this one by far the best! Loved the pool it is heated. Kitchen is stocked with almost everything you need from a Coffemakers to instant pot and Slow cooker water filters in place plenty of tv’s and table eating areas inside and out. You will not be disappointed. We had a small hiccup on Friday morning but it was handled but Spi Rentals* and AEP we were helped right away and made us comfortable as much as possible since we had no light with fans and a hot plate to bring another grill to lend us while we enjoyed our stay. Other than that comfortable beds and living room area. Plenty of games to keep us entertained and even enjoyed the ping pong table in garage downstairs. Everything was lovely. Only thing was the accent rugs were a bit dirty would suggestion they get washed to prevent germs. We wore out flip flops inside and out. But with that small detail will be returning.

My new go-to place!!

The owners went above and beyond to make this house beautifully styled and incredibly functional. We have been visitors to SPI for over 25 years and this house is in very rapid walking distance to direct beach access, Wanna Wanna ( the best beach bar on the island), Kelly's( our fave place for billiards and pub fare), as well as Karma Coffee etc. If you have a rainy day and want to stay in, there are more activities than you can count. Over 30 family games, a gorgeous pool with fire pit, ping pong table, karaoke, outdoor dining and the most stocked kitchen I have ever rented. The fact that the place is elegantly designed with beautiful island appointments was the cherry on top. Can't wait to be back!!
