While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
Saida Towers is located at 406 Padre Blvd, on the south end of the Island. Walk to dozens of bars and restaurants. Has the best security on the Island, and you get parking permits for two cars. off the street behind the gates. This property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 padre blvd, and I personally own that company and this condo which I purchased for my two little boys when they come down from Austin. There is a digital lock on the door for guest security and safety.
Please note:
*After you book, you will be offered two choices to assure against damages - either you pay a one time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee OR you pay a $500 refundable damage deposit. We do auto bill via the airbnb resolution center for the $59 fee prior to your arrival - though you have to manually go there to approve it. If you want to do the refundable, just message us :)
*You must complete an e signature rental agreement which lists all the house rules and such. You must attach a picture of your photo ID to age verify as 25 years of age or older. I DO ALLOW those under 25 to rent, though an additional damage deposit is required. We will not issue a door code without this rental agreement to maintain our Short Term Rental License on file with the City of South Padre and available upon request.

Nestled in the heart of South Padre Island, Saida Towers offers an unparalleled beachfront experience with easy access to a vibrant neighborhood. Step outside and you'll find a variety of dining options within walking distance. Satisfy your cravings at Yummys for a delicious breakfast or lunch, or enjoy fresh sushi at Kohnami Sushi. For Italian cuisine, Russo’s is a great choice, and for something more casual, try Calacas Tacos or Johnny Rockets. If you're looking for live music, Quarterdeck is just a short stroll away. You can also grab a quick bite and a smoothie at Tropical Smoothie Café. For your convenience, Feldman’s Liquor is also nearby. The area is known for its friendly atmosphere and the convenience of having everything you need within easy reach. The beach is right at your doorstep, offering sun, sand, and surf, making it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! While South Padre Island is very walkable, here's some helpful info: Parking is available for up to two vehicles with permits provided. Additional free parking can be found at the Intermodal bus station or the post office. For those arriving by air, the condo is approximately a 35-minute drive from Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO). Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available on the island. Public transportation options are limited, so a car is recommended for exploring the wider area. Consider a golf cart rental for convenient island travel!

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:
* **Check-in/Check-out:** Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the condo for the next guests.
* **Parking:** You are provided with parking permits for a maximum of two vehicles. Additional free parking is available at the Intermodal bus station or the post office.
* **House Rules:** This property has a strict no-smoking and no-party policy. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please be respectful of other guests and residents.
* **Pets:** 1 Pets is allowed at additional fee
* **Supplies:** We provide a starter pack of essential toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, and dishwasher pods. For stays longer than two nights, you may want to bring extra supplies.
* **Grill:** If you plan to use the private gas BBQ grill, please bring your own LP tank.
* **March & Easter Week:** During March and Easter Week, a mandatory HOA security wristband fee of $35 per person (ages 13-33) is required. We will bill this prior to your arrival for your convenience.
* **Additional Information:** The primary guest must be 23+ years or older to book. Under 23 requires prior approval and an additional damage deposit. Please complete the e-signature rental agreement and attach a photo ID before arrival. Unauthorized guests and subletting are strictly prohibited. At check-out, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it, and take all trash to the trash chutes near the elevator. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee.
