Great service and amenities

Great experience, zero problems, could be a little cleaner but overall great amenities and service. Perfect location, fits perfectly 10 people. We recomend it!!

We could never watch TV in the bedrooms internet was really bad 90% of the time. The dryer did not work the filter needs to be cleaned out it would stop the dryer about every 10 minutes. Other than these 2 things everything else was good.

Disappointing rooms

The room did not look like what was advertised online. The roll away beds were stained and disgusting. Very little dishes were provided, and the ones that were provided were dirty. There we dead cockroaches in the cupboards. The ceiling fan was not fully attached to the ceiling and wanting to fall down when in use. The lawn furniture on the balcony was broken and rusted. The outdoor outlet the wires were exposed. When talked to management they ignored the issues and emails that were sent. Other then the rooms issues, the Pools were very nice and clean and the location was perfect.

The condo was perfect for our one week stay on SPI. Having a washer and dryer available made keeping up 9 people a whole lot easier. I would definitely recommend! Thank you for an awesome stay!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The check-in process was super easy and hassle-free, which made arrival stress-free. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is fantastic — close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location

Older condo with fantastic location for littles. Close pool with bar for mommies. Easy walk to beach. No loading and unloading the car. Washer and dryer in unit. Right on the main drag for food options. Would absolutely repeat.

The location was amazing and loved the easy walk to the beach, however, the unit was very dirty. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the plates and silverware that were put away were dirty. The countertops and bathrooms were dirty. We actually went back to Port Isabel to get Clorox wipes to wipe everything down. Also, the oven didn’t work properly. We had gotten pizza and it only heated to 300 or 399.The view was really pretty, just wish it had been clean.

Terrible

Property was nothing like pictures. Floors so dirty turn my feet black doors came off and we move coffee table to pull out sofa bed leg fall off. Maintenance called twice but never came to fix. Mold was all over tub and stopper No sheets or blankets for spare beds. Housekeeping not ding a good job found pile of sand in corners. Rusty rails I say stay somewhere else

South Padre Family Get Away ( minus a clean place)

The place is surprisingly big with tons of mirrors everywhere. It certainly needs some updating with the furniture and maintenance attention soon. It was nice to see one pool and a peak of the ocean. We called the number twice to request help as the balcony was not attached to the right side of the wall and the showerin the mster bedroom would clog nd scum settled on your feet while showering. No response from maintenance. On Wednesday the washer quit working. They assured us the property owners would be notified and maintenance would be right over. Maintenance showed up at 6:40 pm on Thursday night. We opted to leave a day early on Friday as the place was dirty and not being fixed. My call to the rental place was not a gripe session more of a concern as someone owns that unit and they need to know how the place isn’t being cleaned or taken good care of. The dust on the lights in the kitchen was visible with the light on or off. There was trash behind the couch and our uncle had to fix the shower door for it to open properly. With all of the above, I would say we will look elsewhere for our next Padre stay. The people we met were nice and the heated pool was a popular spot for evenings. I highly recommend the Meatball Cafe as the food is delightful and they have fantastic service.

We were given a different place to stay

Didn’t actually stay at this condo because we were notified the day before we were supposed to arrive that there was an issue with the property. The property managers set us up with smaller condo that was in rough shape and refunded us some money. We didn't feel that refund was enough to compensate for the major downgrade in 1) size 2) condition 3) old and out of date. The place only had 2 dining room chairs, the bar stools were broke, had to swipe the key pad 30x to get in the door, the door looked like we were walking into a crack hotel, the countertop was falling apart, and i could go on. We contacted the property managers about this and never got a call back. 3 stars because Im thankful they set us up with an alternate place, which we would have been SOOL had they not. The place we stayed at wouldnt take much to make it decent.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our time here. Quick access to the beach, heated pool and hot tubs that were good even in cool weather.Great view of SpaceX site of you took the elevator up to the upper floors.Management team was very accommodating

Beautiful Gulf Beaches

We are a famiy of 9, and our first time on the Island. We all enjoyed the beach, the pools, the tennis courts and the local restaurants. The property needs some TLC... For instance, there was a broken garbage disposal (with gross rotting food sitting in the disposal that I cleaned out when we arrived), there was trash under the TV console, and basically the unit was not well cleaned. The reason for my 3 stars is that the water in the building was turned off for 8 hours one day...with hardly any warning... no toilets, showers, etc. so they could repair a water leak in the building. We found out through a notice in the elevator, not a call from the property manager. I called the property manager and there was no offer to recompense us in any way... just a cold response. There was not even an apology given. I asked that a manager contact us, which never happened. An email went out as well from the property manager after the elevator notice, which contained the information that the water would be shut off from 10 a.m. for 8 hours, again with no apology given nor offer to recompense. A simple humble apology goes a long way when a family saves all year for an annual vacation.

anniversary getaway

Looks a little better online, it's more dated in person. The amount of room we had was great. The pots and pans could also use updating. Nice area, however we lost power because of a storm, and lost a lot of food in fridge, even though the generators were running. Also, we had a very hard time figuring out the television in LR, we called , but nobody came to help. We also asked a manager to call, and never heard back. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our annual girls trip this November was great, our only complaints were a cockroach in the kitchen on our last day and the condo could use a deep cleaning. The pools were nice and the hot tub were hot the ants around the property should be sprayed more often. The management company was very helpful and professional.

Awesome property and location

Everything was just as stated we enjoyed our stay. The condo 4206 was out dated and shows wear. The condo was very clean with everything listed. Minor maintenance needed to address fixtures but nothing to stop us from enjoying our stay. Hot tub spas show wear and in need of maintenance but still do the trick. Beaches are wonderful. Very secure location with gate guards and roving patrols.

Property is Dated

Enjoyed our stay but the pictures do not reflect on how outdated the condo is. Toilet paper holder was missing, shower drain was plugged, tiles in bathroom were gone and there was mold.
