    Savor a meal on the oceanfront wrap around patio as you take in the panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy direct private access to the pool and spa area from the furnished patio. In the afternoon, sit back and enjoy a refreshing drink while you listen to the soothing ocean waves.
    The spacious living
    and dining room area is perfect for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Large windows bathe the living room with natural light. Enjoy the views of the ocean through floor to ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the plush recliner or the leather couch. Unwind in the evening by watching a favorite show on the large flat screen TV.
    Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Stock up the large 4 shelf pantry with your favorite foods to enjoy during your stay. Dining table seats 6 guests comfortably, 5 additional seats at breakfast bar.
    Wake up each morning to the exquisite sunrise through floor to ceiling windows while snug beneath the king-size covers in the primary bedroom. Additional features include a flat-screen TV and a large walk-in closet with extra blankets. The primary ensuite has large beautiful marble vanity and tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors.
    The first guest bedroom has two twin-sized beds, flat screen TV, dresser with ample storage space, a small walk-in closet with extra pillows/blankets and attached bathroom.
    The second guest bedroom features two twin-size beds, flat screen TV, 6 drawer dresser and small walk-in closet with extra bedding. Freshen up in the guest bathroom with a lovely marble vanity and tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors.
    The Seville Condominium Community offers direct ocean access to the beach. Take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline. Enjoy lounging by the sparkling pool (heated Dec/Jan/Feb) during the day and unwind in the large hot tub in the evening.

    POLICIES & INFO
    Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

    Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

    Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

    - This vacation home requires a 7-night minimum stay.
    - This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
    - The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
    - Parties are strictly prohibited.
    - Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
    - Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
    - Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
    - This vacation home does not allow pets.

Great Place to stay with the family

This place was perfect location. We had two new born babies so being right next to the pool for our other kids to go in and out easily was wonderful. Beach access was fairly easy and parking was always close.

Great vacation home

This vacation home was perfect for our weekend getaway to SPI. There were 2 nice pools and the beach was very convenient with it's own walkway. Perfect vacation home, would definitely book again.

Close to perfect

Beautiful spot! Unfortunately the lock on the gate to the pool area off patio was non existent. And, the master bedroom seemed to have a faint smell of cat.Everything else was perfect! Everyone enjoyed their stay and would consider rebooking next year if available.

Great place and location

Very nice place. Highly recommend this place for large groups. Everything you need....Washer/dryer, pots, pans dishes and utensils all were like new. Will stay here again when we go back to S Padre.

Wonderful stay

The condo is spacious, quiet, clean, and has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The location is very secure. The pools, hot tub, and beach are close. The only negative for us was the beds. They are very, very firm and took some getting used-to. Not enough to lose a star, though.

Superb location

Location, location, location! Amazing corner poolside condo. Close to beach and walking distance to many restaurants and the dollar store. A little outdated, but clean. Chipped and mismatched kitchenware but had all needs met! Would stay again as location was loved by family.

Spring Break Getaway!

The Seville Condominium is a beautiful property. The condo was clean & well stocked. The only downside was having to check in off property and get keys. All other condos in the building use a code for the door. Much more convenient! I would definitely rent this condo again. Great location right next to the pool. Kids loved being able to step outside to swim!

Location Location, location

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. This has to be the best location on South Padre. Out of all the units in this building, only this one opens directly to two nice pools and hot tub. Go just beyond the pools to the gate to the short path to the beach which is only a couple hundred yards to the water. The unit was clean and well maintained. We spent 6 wonderful nights and will absolutely do it again. All we had to do was ask if we needed anything and it was there. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Great location and layout. A bit shabby.

1- the location is beautiful. The condo is well laid out for our purposes. The grounds are immaculate and the access to the beach is amazing. The pools and hot tub are well-maintained. 2- the keys for the door didn't work. We asked for code which was promised and were told it was no longer in use. One key worked for a day and the other didn't. We had to run back and forth to the office to find one that worked. The maintenance man finally gave us the code after a couple days of frustration with the keys. 3- the condo interior was not well cleaned. One bedroom had garbage on the floor and we found several roaches. The kitchen range hood is nasty. The mechanical room is very dirty and full of cobwebs and dirt. We found cigarette butts in one bathroom and a bandaid stuck to the floor. 4- general upkeep- the carpet is worn and stained beyond it acceptable life. In one room the carpet is pulled from the wall and threshold (tripping hazard). All the carpeting needs to be replaced. The window treatments in the master fell off the rod when we opened them. The blinds in the rest of the condo are marginal at best and there is no blind on the door that leads to the pool. 5- the outlets and switches are a mess. Some work, some don't. One outlet in the dining area does not have a cover which is a safety hazard. This place would be a Diamond if it gets some updates and a good cleaning. I emailed this to the property manager 1 week before I posted this, with no response.

This place was so amazing.

The comfort convenience clean quite all around it was amazing. Condo needs some paint updates and update in kitchenware. Other than that not a single not one complaint. Pools and hot tub were amazing. The bathrooms for the pool area were spotless and smelled very clean. We saw the maintenance man everyday and afternoon. The grounds and pool were so clean. The owners and staff have done and do an amazing job. Best stay ever in 13 yrs. We visit 1-2 times a yr

Property well maintained, hot tub was down for 3 days . Security was visible.

Lots going on, front ripped up new landscaping being done. Dirt all over. Scaffolding hanging from our patio in back going up 6 stories. Workers there pounding by 8. Broken hot tub. TVs in bedrooms didn’t work. The only warm day hard to enjoy the pool with all the sanding and pounding. We would rent again after the remodeling is complete. We actually left a day early.

Pros and Cons

Unit needs to be updated and repaired. Leak in 3rd bathroom led to a wet carpet in 3rd bedroom. Not all electrical outlets worked. Poolside door had to have the knob replaced because it wouldn't open. Gate code was changed without our knowledge so we couldn't get into the unit with someone letting us in. We did enjoy the pools and hot tub. Beach access was easy and close. Views were great. Would not stay in this unit again but would stay in the Seville complex but a different unit.

The location was amazing. Direct access to pool. Ease of getting to the beach,. Excellent!!! The condo needs to be updated. The outlets were slightly worn out. There appears to be a leak near the ac and bedroom the carpet was damp.

Great family vacation spot!

This property was perfect for our family. We had 4 teenagers with us and everything worked out great for us. The proximity to the pool and beach is fantastic. All week people kept asking how we got the beat spot. We will be back to 101 Seville in the future. When checking in, the GPS will take you to the wrong place. You will want to call ahead of time to get the side street. Once we got to the correct place, everything went smooth. I’d highly recommend this place.

SPI regulars

We have been vacationing to SPI for 40 years. Seville 101 is a great location. We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our 7 family members ages 11 - 80. The ramp made it easy to walk to the beach. We were there 4th of July weekend during social distancing. Everyone was respectful and spread out. Our only inconvenience was the toilet tank and fridge leaked, but It didn’t slow us down. We will be coming back!
