Stayed here 6 nites. At first glance, it is a beautiful unit with an awesome view of the beach and water. I enjoyed staying here for the most part.However, some amenities need attention.Kitchen cupboard drawers and doors are damaged, don't operate properly.Extremely poor water pressure in bath and at kitchen sink.Only 1 wine glass provided.Paint peeling on bath ceiling.No tv manual provided.Woodwork throughout the unit is chipped and needs repainting.With these relatively minor updates/corrections, it would be a 5-star unit.Carla

Perfect SPI spot! Spacious condo, super clean, amazing beach view and access. Management company is great - felt like we had lots of good basics for our stay…plenty of towels (bath and kitchen), the basics in a starter kit, and even a starter coffee kit to make the first morning easy. .beds were very comfortable. Condo is close to a lot of restaurants and activities while still being on a quieter strip of the beach. Beach access was so easy and rental chairs were available daily. We will be back for sure!

Love This Condo!

My husband and I stayed for a week. It was our 43rd wedding anniversary and we absolutely love SPI! We’ve been coming for years and have stayed at Suntides for many years! Always clean and easy, I recommend it Highly, they views are to die for!

Come Prepared.

We were very impressed with the size and decor when we arrived. As we began to unpack and make ourselves at home, we became disappointed, considering the cost we spent for beachfront. Many drawers damaged/broken tracks. Bathroom 1 light out the other flickers. The shower floor hurts your feet to stand on and shower head does not give enough water to rinse longer hair. The toilet paper holder drop your paper and is about to fall off the wall. We did not find any extra blankets or pillows as this place is to sleep 6-8 people. We did not find any beach towels or chairs to use as beach, we had to go buy them before heading to the beach. In the dining room there are light bulbs that are out above the table. Kitchen, many cabinets with loose hinges, poor selection of amenities as well. No cups or pitchers to take drinks to pool area or beach. Our toaster was damaged I called that in, and I was told to come to the WC and pick it up. I was extremely disappointed in this request. I am on vacation! It was soon brought to me. In the second bedroom, bathroom I found the tub extremely slippery and almost fell. No tub grips. This is a fall hazard. The bed mattress use extremely uncomfortable and needed to place a towel over the window as the outside light shined in. The sink does not drain properly and again the shower head is awful. Smart tv not in Living room. Hot water heater may be problematic as the lower heating element is out. No hot water Sat night. Disappointed!

Beach front condo

The condo was perfect for our family to stay over the weekend. The location was ideal as it was right on the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It exceeded our expectations and was just what we needed.

Great condo

The condo was spacious and fairly clean. I've stayed in over a dozen different condos and this was one of the best. Everything worked. Beds were comfortable. It's away from the elevator and very quiet. Great place if you are looking for easy access to the beach. On the negative side, the pool was very crowded and at times cloudy - I would choose a different building if you are a pool person. Also FYI, there are no blackout curtains in the main bedroom - so you get up with the sunrise. Not an issue for us but might be for you if like to sleep in.

Very nice condo. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. Very close to everything. The best part was the beach being so close. Also, you can see sunrise and sunset right from this condo. I would definitely stay here again! Plus, communication was excellent!
