Good stay for the month.

We stayed for the month of January. The space was clean and quite. Some updates are needed and kitchen utilsels , pots and pans need an update for extended stays if you are doing much cooking, The Tiki is very well located for close by places to eat and live entertainment.

Perfect Condo

This experience exceeded our expectations. It was a clean, quiet property with beautiful landscaping. The condo was spacious and beautiful, perfectly accommodating us and our pets. On the north (quieter) end of the island, a quick drive from the busier areas. Easy beach access. We loved it and this will be our first choice for all future trips to South Padre!

Great experience

Perfect location and close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Take a pair of sweats for the room if you’re going to be inside for an evening. I understand that because of the humidity the temperature needs controlled but was chilly after all day in the sun.

Lots of small maintenance problems with the condo such as loose hinges on bathroom door sliding glass door not sliding elements on stove not plugged in otherwise free breakfast in the morning was great and housekeeping was good

Very Relaxing

Great stay for single people

Customer service was excellent and the condo was clean. The location is right on the beach, which was very convenient. Cons were that the condo is small and only has 2 full size beds in the bedroom. My hubby and I slept uncomfortable as did my two teens on the other full size bed. The futon in the living room pulls out but is a twin size when turned into a bed. The unit does not have a washer/dryer or dishwasher either

The condo itself was very nice. The description led me to believe it was beach front. It was not.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. What we really enjoyed was the friendliest of the staff. And being pet friendly, that was great. My only recommendation was to add a dish drainer to the sink. And add hooks on the patio to hang wet towels

Awesome!

Awesome location! Beach was in perfect distance for us and out two little ones. We enjoyed the pool being so close to our room as well. Every employee we came across were very friendly and nice. Definitely would book again!

The condo was very clean! The beds very comfortable! Decorations cute

When booking it online I didn’t realize the property was on the second floor and the view was of the Courtyard hotel wall. I did appreciate being on the top floor however as there wasn’t any noise above us ( I’d lived in an apt before). This condo is close to one of the two pretty pools. The condo and area were quiet and respectful, perfect for rest and rejuvenation. The grounds were kept immaculate The persons maintaining the property were simply lovely, very kind. It is a short walk to the beach👍 The linens and beds very comfortable 👍

Housekeeping could be improved upon

A beautiful little space for two or three adults, except it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I would stay again, but would bring my own cleaning supplies.
