Este condominio de dos dormitorios está muy bien actualizado con características tales como sofás de cuero en la sala de estar enfrente de un televisor de pantalla plana, por lo que las noches de cine una necesidad después de un largo día en el sol. Este condominio cuenta con WiFi, cable y un reproductor de DVD.

Kitchen was adequately equipped and functional. The online pictures were misleading as it was different furniture than shown and a smaller space than we expected. The online Description noted that it had been updated recently however, there were missing pictures, broken lamps and no instructions for how to use the “Roku” tv. We were not familiar with that. Walking distance to several good restaurant/bars and less than a block to the beach. We never did meet with or talk to the property manager but when we had a few maintenance issues they were handled promptly and the people that came were very friendly and nice to work with. Overall it was ok.

Not worth the money spent. Besides the refrigerator not working and our food spoiling there were people at the pool getting very loud. At one point these people were taking their clothes off.

This stay was very pleasant. A few lights need to be fixed within the home and the main shower could have been cleaned properly, but other than those few things the stay was great. Definitely will be back next year!!

Nice location a few blocks off the gulf, close to restaurants and quiet. Could have used a forth chair for the dining table. We needed internet for work and had to go to a bar to get it. We finally got internet on our last day and had to use the neighbors network and password. Accommodations were ok. All of the sink faucets leak. Pool was nice. Love the area

The property was clean which was the best thing but the lack of the small things that make any experience better is why we wouldn’t rent this place again or recommend it. For example, out of the 8 units in this complex this one (Unit 8) was the only one without a front doormat to help minimize the amount of sand tracked into the condo and it had no little patio set like any of the others. In addition in the inside there were no small rugs or hooks or towel hangers anywhere so sand tracked everywhere on cold tile floor meant sand in beds and showers, kitchen, etc. The broom was rusted though as well so no sweeping during our stay just an older model vacuum that we used as much as possible. Lastly, the furniture was in rough shape. The end table had broken legs and was leaning haphazardly against the wall with a busted lamp and lamp shade and the queen size bed was so uncomfortable it’s hard to describe.

The location was perfect and place was clean. We had a problem with the shower immediately and resulted in no water the first day. However, they immediately responded and help was sent. I believe the host’s communication could’ve been better. The “office number” was busy at 9pm and I had to call an 800 number for help. A bit disappointed and annoyed but I understand stuff happens. We also weren’t granted closet space for a room for personal belongings. Other than all this, it’s a perfect walk to the beach

needs to have a much better cleaning routine before new people arrives, we had NO WFI the whole month we were there the property has a nice location, nice layout, but the furniture is in very bad shape, one of three TVs worked, and seems to have bits and pieces of old TVs, old furniture stuffed in drawers and closets, not the quietest place either

The location of the property was good. There are showers by the pool to rinse your feet and beach stuff which was great. The layout was nice, but the property was badly neglected. Broken tile, TV in guest room didn’t work, garbage disposal didn’t work, kitchen sink wouldn’t drain, fridge/freezer wouldn’t get cold, coffee table and end table had broken legs. It was a hassle having a corporate owned property...call 1800 number, leave messages about problems, etc. finally got a local rep who got maintenance on board, but not having a fridge/freezer that works until day 3 is unacceptable. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This condo was yhe perfect place for my family of 4. Spacious enough to not be crammed but small enough to be close. Everything thing needed for vacation was available and the area was very quite. Super close to the beach.

We arrived at the island at 10 am, our check in was at 4pm, but we were able to park our cars at the location with no problem. the condo was very clean and comfortable, Every thing that was needed for our stay it had, it had extra pillows extra towels and blankets. not a long walk to the beach area, I will definitely rent there again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in unit #8. The condo was just as described. Full kitchen and anything you need to cook if wanted. My children enjoyed the selection of TV channels as well as the pool area. Just the right size for them. The unit was clean, and the beds very comfortable. Location is very close to restaurants and shops and 1 block from beach. We appreciated the welcome bag that provided extra toilet paper and paper towels. Minor updates needed, like light bulbs and grout in master shower. Our visit was during Spring Break and didn't really like that the other units where full of young party goers. Taking parking spots and throwing up right next to our car, but other than that the unit and the management was 5 stars.

That property is very nice!! I have no complaints at all. But, I do have a few suggestions. To help keep your property in top condition, buy cleaning supplies to help keep your property clean. If it's available, renters will use it. Everyone wants the place they are staying clean while they are there. They know it's not a hotel. Also, you don't allow grilling on the property but you have charcoal on the property. (And another tenant was grilling while we were there). It's a vacation for the people staying, so grilling is a part of the vacation to help cut some cost from eating out. Just because there is a grill, doesn't mean there is a party. But, other than that, great place, and would recommend to anyone. Hopefully I can get my family there again. Thanks for the great hospitality and letting us enjoy your home!!!

Condo was very, very nice and clean. So glad I decided to stay here versus a hotel which I was looking at. Vacasa the management team was also great. They called to tell me that the condo was ready early for us to check in as well as I left my computer in the condo and they immediately went and retrieved it and fedex'd it to me. I would definitely stay there again!
