Property was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The only issue was the dryer took a couple of cycles to adequately dry the laundry. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay, gorgeous home and great communication

Excellent is all I can say! The house was gorgeous. The folks at SPI had great communication with us and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed.

This property was beautiful! We had 14 people in our group and it was the perfect size! The house was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. The beach is walking distance from the house and it was so nice to have the pool/jacuzzi at night especially because the humidity level is very high! There were a couple of issues with appliances but the rental company was quick to respond. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful spacious home 1/2 block from beach. There were 4 couples in our party and 1 single and there was plenty of room. Beautiful outdoor area with pool, hot tub, bbq and loungers. Highly recommend.

Great Place

We stayed in the same condo last year and are very pleased with the condition, the pool was excellent along with the service from SPI Rentals. They are most accommodating. We will definitely stay again next year.

Awesome location

AWESOME LOCATION lovely house with great pool and backyard with a 4 pm checkin I expected the house to be very clean. The bathrooms need a bit more attention to toilets, showers and wiping walls. Would definitely stay here again as location is exceptionall

Great service and assistance provided by telephone. Very clean condos and completely ready for our stay. Also appreciate your patience with some of the stragglers that left about 1/2 hour late. We will be back next year.

With out a doubt our favorite place staying on the island ! We have been staying at the same house the last 15-18 yrs on the island but the owner went to VRBO and now it's managed by Seabatical ……this particular house met all our needs and we look forward to coming back and staying in the same house ! SPI Rentals are true professionals and kept in touch thru out our booking of the house and our stay !

Perfect for your SPI getaway

The townhome is very spacious, clean, and a short walk to the beach! My kids enjoyed the private pool as well! It was also in a quiet area yet close to restaurants and places to shop. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. SPI rentals team was excellent with communication and assisted promptly with any concerns during our stay.

Second time staying there!

We love this house as it was our second time staying there! We just wish the bedroom on the first floor had a regular bed in it instead of bunk beds. It makes it hard for adults who want to stay on the first level to sleep downstairs. Also, an elevator would be ideal for handicapped visitors. Otherwise, always nice, thanks!
