Mi casa adosada a nivel de calle se encuentra a media cuadra de la playa. Cuenta con una piscina y área de parrillas dentro de un patio trasero cercado para su disfrute privado.
En el interior, también disfrutará de sus espaciosos 3 dormitorios. La casa tiene capacidad para 8 personas: una cama matrimonial y baño en el dormitorio principal, 2 dormitorios de invitados, uno con 2 camas queen y el segundo dormitorio incluye 2 camas individuales. También hay un segundo baño.

La sala de estar tiene muchos asientos (sofá y sillón) perfectos para ver la televisión de pantalla plana, DVD o simplemente descansar y navegar por Internet, ya que la casa está habilitada para WiFi. La sala de estar de la casa adosada de concepto abierto fluye directamente al comedor con capacidad para 8.

Además, la casa tiene una cocina completa y bien equipada y una lavadora y secadora grandes.

Perfect place for a get away!

I was absolutely thrilled with this adorable duplex! It was the perfect escape for my daughter and her friends. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach! Plus, the charming pool area was a fantastic spot to unwind and soak up the sun. I can’t wait to experience this place again!

Perfect location!

This was our first visit to South Padre Island and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The pros: it was very convenient, handicap accessible, and was spacious for the whole family. The pool was perfect and the kids enjoyed it. While we didn’t get a chance to BBQ it was nice to have the pits available for our use. The cons: I would have liked for better mattress on the beds new towels and linens and a little more cleanness. It was a little dusty. The host on the other hand was very nice. I wasn’t familiar with the washer and when I messaged him to ask how to use it he called me right away. We really like his attitude of helping us no matter the time of day it was. I would recommend this place and I also think that we would book again on our next visit.

Best South Padre Secret

We loved staying here, this was our second time, the home is nicer that it was the first time, the owner cares about this property and takes care of it. We had a snafu with the water heater and the owner was promptly on it and got it dealt with immediately. So close to the beach and a little bit away from the raging night life so it is great for a family. The pool was great for when we weren't up to going to the beach. I love that there is a backyard and outside shower, it makes it so nice to just roll the beach stuff back there and come back to it with out bringing extra sand inside.

Just BOOK IT

The photos on vrbo are NOT up to date. But in a good way. The place has had some remodeling and it is super NICE. Exceeded our expectations. Was such a good distance from everything and the private pool was the best perk. I was so surprised with the kitchen renovation and how stocked it was. It even had an air fryer. The only negative comment i have is the front room is really hot. But with the door open and the fan it was alright. But maybe a window a/c wouldn't hurt. Other than that 10/10.

If you are planning on cooking your food this is not the place for you. The pool is outdated and chipped but clean and swimable. Towels are sparse we actually had to buy some washcloths and 2 big towels for showering. Other then that it was ok for the price. Price was affordable. We have stayed in many of these and this was the one more affordable and clean and the AC worked great. Owner was very quick to respond and very kind so tht was a plus.

We really liked the location of the property. It was a short walk to the beach, the neighborhood was mostly quiet, close to a good restaurant/bar, and could access the main road easily. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. We appreciated the hose, outdoor shower, and pool when coming back from the beach.
