“Kim’s place was beautiful. The location was perfect if you’re looking to stay downtown. Definitely saving her place as a favorite for our future Pensacola visits.”

“Very clean and perfect for our stay.”

“Other than the VRBO app giving us the wrong location, contact with the property owner was outstanding!! She was kind and wonderful!!! Her home was beautiful!!! We do plan to come back to visit and would love to return here!!!”

“Wonderful stay in Pensacola! Beautiful and very clean. I am very particular and felt very comfortable during our stay. The host was wonderful and communication was great! No complaints whatsoever. Would 100% stay again!”

“Nice house with all the amenities you could ask for. Front upstairs bedroom was a little noisy due to proximity to busy highway, but white noise machine provided did help with that. Rear bedrooms were quiet. We enjoyed our short stay!”

“Lovely home , we Loved our stay ! Comfortable bedding,..,lots of beach toys an umbrellas and chairs , toys for the beach ! There were lots of herbs which can be costly if you’re the chef …we didn’t have to purchase tissue or detergent ”

“Great location and great communication. Property could use some more upkeep/cleaning/improvements, but overall great for the week we stayed.”

“House says dog friendly. However, there are some significant holes in the fence (my dog visited the neighbor). Also, the solar lights near the fire pit don’t work, which made seeing the dogs at night impossible. The host did not send me how to access the house. Had to contact the owner, who was very responsive. Hot water and water pressure in master bathroom is so-so”

“Location is just perfect close to downtown nice stores and restaurants”

“Great stay at this tiny home community. This tiny home has everything you need while you are visiting. I was a little upset that the Wi-fi was not working but considering the hurricane that came through just days before this was understandable. I enjoyed my stay while I worked to help those in need from storm damage.”

“Excellent customer service ”
