“The beds were clean, but some of the horizontal surfaces need to be dusted. Do not run the AC on "auto" as it will shut off after a couple of hours. Once I selected AC/fan only, cold air started to flow through the registers. The tini house still would not cool down even with mild outdoor temps. Overall, it was nice to have a kitchen and plenty of bedspace for the kids. The Maintenance Mechanic responded quickly to replace a 9 volt battery in the carbon monoxide detector.”

The location is absolutely breathtaking, sitting right on the rim of the Grand Canyon. Staying here feels like having front-row seats to nature's most magnificent theater production. The absolute highlight of our stay was experiencing the sunrise over the canyon together. There was something deeply magical about standing there in the quiet morning light, just my wife and me, holding the lovely in-room mugs—mine filled with rich coffee, hers with a comforting, delicious tea. Watching the colors dance across the canyon walls in that intimate moment is a memory we will cherish forever. We even ended up buying those very mugs from the hotel as a beautiful keepsake of our time here. We left with our hearts full and are already dreaming of returning to El Tovar to celebrate a future anniversary. Highly recommended for any couple looking for an unforgettable getaway!"
