This was our 2nd visit to the Cape and wanted to experience the fall there. I must say it was very pleasant, the weather could not have been any better, absolutely gorgeous. Shane’s home was so very comfortable had everything needed for our time there. It’s in a very nice neighborhood and close to everything Yarmouth has to offer. I highly recommend his home , you will not be disappointed. If we were to come back, we would definitely stay there again.

The house was centrally located. We had access to the trails and an easy bike ride to Dennis beach. The house was very nice. Lots of room and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the in window AC units kept the house comfortable.

Incredible property! 3 adults, PLENTY of room to not be under each other's feet. We needed a home base for our daughter's wedding in the area and this property was perfectly located for that. Grocery stores were conveniently located and getting around pretty easy. Owner could give a master class in vacation rentals. We had no questions at all and appreciated having check-out requirements (simple!) posted without having to keep referring to an email. Thank you, Shane!

Shane was so wonderful and responsive to questions. He communicated in a timely manner. His house is wonderful. Clean and well maintained. Beautiful yard that my kids loved to run in. Thank you Shane for a wonderful stay. We would love to visit again next year.

Shane's place was exactly as listed, and even better! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially enjoyed the relaxing sunroom in the back of the house, especially with the windows open to let the breeze in. This was a great home base for our time on the Cape, and a great way to begin the summer. We hope to stay again in the future! Thank you!

This property was everything we wanted for our week away. Really the only negative was that there were no dishwasher pods or laundry detergent, and most of the provided games were missing parts. But those were small compared to the rest of the amazingness. Thank you for being a great host!

This was a perfect house for our stay on the Cape. Super clean. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Shane was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. Would recommend this property.

I head to the Cape usually twice a year … good weather or clouds … just LOVE the mid-cape. Lots of places to explore & beaches to be walked- high tide or low tide!! The South Yarmouth property is spacious & clean!! The kitchen is fully equipped. The back yard is private with a fire pit. Have 🤩 FUN 🤩 The house is amongst others with year round residents & part time Cape residents. The outside shower was GREAT 😊 ‼️ And the owner was responsive & friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊

This home worked fantastic for our family. It was clean on arrival and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for my growing teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the blackout shades helped us sleep in. The home is all one floor which worked well for my elderly mother who stayed with us. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a walk in shower that was easy for my mother to get in an out of. The only steps she had to encounter were two small steps to get into the house and two small steps into the sunroom/dining room. The home is 15 minutes from Hyannis which was great as we went to the water park at the Cape Codder. Shane communicated with us before we got there and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Wonderful stay overall and would recommend.

I heard great things about this home from my sister who stayed with her family for a week last summer and we decided to try it out for a long weekend. The home was really nice—clean, large enough for a family with children, and centrally located. The kitchen had everything we needed and there are three supermarkets within a 5-8 minute drive which is really great. Already booked a week in August and can’t wait!

This is our second time staying at Shane’s home. It was managed last year by Del Mar and now Shane rents it directly as the owner. The house was perfect for our family of five. We celebrated a birthday with our extended family and were very happy that the kitchen had everything we needed. The home provided plenty of space for us all and it was great having two bathrooms. Everything was very clean and the linens Shane provides were so much nicer than other rentals we’ve stayed at.

Shane’s home was perfect for my family vacation. The house is very large and gave my wife and our two daughters plenty of space. It was clean and exactly as described. The bedrooms have lots of space and the beds/linens were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for all our meals and the full size laundry was super convenient. Our two favorite things about the house are the sunroom which has lots of windows, skylights, and a big TV. My kids didn’t want to leave that room. The bathroom off the master bedroom has a walk in shower we really liked because it had a large, powerful rain shower head and it was nice that it was private. Overall amazing stay. Shane was very responsive and provided all the information we needed for the house. He even texted letting us know the house was ready early for check in. He clearly takes great care of his home and it really shows. He even suggested two great places for dinner, Gerardi's Cafe in Yarmouth and Mac’s in Chatham, which were both great and I too recommend.
