We absolutely loved our stay! Cottage was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, with two decks to spend time outside and enjoy the yard & marsh view. We had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen and grill, and of course the outdoor shower - a must for a visit to the cape! We’re hoping to book again for our vacation next year!

We loved our stay at this property! The house is close to the grocery store and activities, but it didn't feel like you are in a main area. The view is wonderful, the outdoor shower is great, the two decks are relaxing and it was the perfect getaway. Kevin is communicative and very quick to reply to any messages!

Cute Cottage

This is the cutest cottage ever. I would come back in a heartbeat. It’s in a nice calm neighborhood. You see people walking their dogs and everyone is friendly. The only thing other renters should know is to bring bathing towels and beach towels as well as extra paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. The property manager is great. Extremely thorough and communicative. I recommend this cute this cottage.

Tucked-away gem

Comfortable, classic cape cottage in a great location for the many activity options on the Upper Cape. Tranquil and clean in a friendly neighborhood. Responsive host. 10 minute walk to a nice Sound beach. Recommended!

Nice little place

We stayed at this rental recently and found the location to be fantastic. It's just a 10-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of local attractions and restaurants within a short drive. The back deck was also great for BBQ and socializing. However, there are a few things to note. Firstly, despite several past guests suggesting it, the owner has not installed AC on the main floor. Additionally, the mattresses on the twin beds were terribly uncomfortable, making for restless nights. Also, be cautious of the unmarked step down between the kitchen and the rest of the place, as it caused a couple of trips and falls during our stay. Another minor inconvenience was the absence of a drip coffee machine; there's only a Keurig available. Overall, a nice place in a nice location but with a few things to consider.

Charming Beach Cottage

Great Location, spacious Loft style upstairs bedroom, charming New England Beach Cottage, great outdoor shower, could use a downstairs AC window unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, lovely beaches and surroundings, we would rent again.

Wonderful week!

We had a wonderful family vacation here. The house is cute and clean, and Kevin was a helpful and responsive host. The central location was very convenient for day trips. We also enjoyed relaxing on the back decks and exploring the beautiful neighborhood.

Great location and comfortable stay

We enjoyed a week stay at this cottage which was very comfortable for 3 adults and up to 3 kids. We loved the two decks; the bottom deck was perfect for grilling out and enjoying al fresco dining while the upper deck was great for drinks during sunset. Another feature we loved was the outdoor shower. It was well designed and spacious and definitely a New England experience not to be missed! The location of the cottage was great for the beach (4 min drive to Smuggler's beach which is open to the public), for restaurants, arcade/put-put golf and shopping. The interior itself could use some update and the rooms downstairs can get a bit hot and muggy without AC but overall it was a comfortable stay. Kevin and Julie were great hosts who were responsive to our questions and even had a new fan brought over within a day when we found out the old one broke. I'd recommend staying here for your next Cape vacay!

Week away from home

Great house! My family of 3 plus a visiting relative for a few nights really enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage. It's in such a convenient spot, close to beaches, Hyannis, and lots of great activities/restaurants along Rt 28. Loved sitting on both upstairs and lower deck, having a fully stocked kitchen was awesome. Only the upstairs loft style bedroom has an A/C but with cross breezes and ceiling fans we didnt even miss having an A/C downstairs. We had a rainy day and a couple of on and off showers in the early part of the week and the house was perfect to just read, watch TV, pay games and relax. We would absolutely rent this house again.

Great House....

This is a great house in a great location. Centrally located on a very nice piece of property. The house is clean, with a nice kitchen, living space and bedrooms. Plenty of room for two adults and four kids. Two outdoor decks and new BBQ are awesome. The owners are very helpful too. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Great family's vacation place

We loved this place where we’ve spent an awesome week. Why did we love this place: - cosy & nice decoration and very quiet - the two decks with the beautiful view on the pond - only 5 minutes walks to a beautiful beach and close to the shops and kids attractions We also appreciate Kevin’s reactivity We’ll certainly come back

We took our two young kiddos here for a week long summer getaway and had so much fun! It’s close to everything in Yarmouth and the host was very communicative and helpful
