The Neighborhood:
Residential area within walking distance to the shops and amenities in Portswood (a local neighbourhood in Southampton) the city centre and Southampton Common. It is also a very short drive from the docks, the university and most of Southampton's highlights.
Getting Around:
There are easy bus links and walking distance to city centre shops and a Tesco local. There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway. Parking on the street outside is restricted to one hour, so not advisable to park during here during your stay as you will likely get a ticket, but we can provide a parking permit if needed.

➞ A £300 pre authorisation deposit will be required to secure your booking and released on checkout, as stated in accordance by the rental agreement and conditions of the booking.
