The first floor boasts a cozy sitting area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a luxurious full bathroom. Ascend to the second floor to find a serene queen bedroom complete with a TV, washer/dryer, and an inviting rooftop deck furnished with chaise lounges—a perfect spot for basking in the sun or marveling at the stars. Step outside to your private patio, equipped with a BBQ grill and dining table, ideal for al fresco dining. Stay cool and comfortable with central air conditioning, and take advantage of the shared heated pool. Explore the nearby shops and restaurants on foot, or take a leisurely bike ride to the ocean beaches. Conveniently located within walking distance to the train station, with parking available. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway for two. Bikes on property that can be used to head to the beach or town. Clean and well maintained. Easy communication with owner. We would gladly stay again.

Perfect cozy cottage. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location was 10/10, cottage was spotless and the host was communicative and extremely accommodating. A quick walk or bike ride to the village and beach. Can’t wait to go back!

Mike's place was excellent! The property was gorgeous and well-kept, the pool was the perfect temperature, and we had everything we needed. Mike even offered us a tandem bike and great recommendations for more secluded beaches and local spots around. Location is perfect. We'll definitely be coming back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Michael’s property is perfect for a couples stay in Southampton. The property is a quick walk from Main Street Southampton and its cafes, shops and restaurants and only one mile from the beach. You have access to bicycles to make getting around even easier and the house is stocked with everything you would need for a weekend stay. We really enjoyed our time here!

The host is very accommodating and this venue is done to perfection! Walking distance to South Hampton Village and close to beaches! Great shopping !! Stay here! Beautiful pool, bikes to use! Simply charming!

This is our second time staying at Mike’s property. He is an excellent host, very quick to respond. The space is well appointed with everything you’ll need and in an excellent part of town. Walking distance to Main Street and close to beaches. We inadvertently left the key in the home and locked ourselves out; Mike was quick to resolve for us! Terrific stay. Will be back.

Lovely cottage in great location!

Michael's cottage was incredibly well-appointed. The location to Southampton, Coopers Beach and neighboring townships made this very convenient for my trip. The true star of this cottage is the upstairs deck which was perfect for relaxing and stargazing. I will certainly return next summer.

Mike was a gracious host and answered our questions honestly and thoroughly prior to our stay. The location was charming and cozy. Mike provided us with everything that we needed to ensure the Thanksgiving of solitude that we were looking for. Though space is limited, the upscale furnishings and furniture placement allow for a comfortable experience. It should be noted that this space will not accommodate more than 2 people comfortably. If you are a couple in search of a quiet extended weekend near the heart of Southampton, look no further

Beschreibung von der Ferienwohnung war falsch.Kein Pool, nur 3 statt 4 Schlafzimmer, haben alle von uns dadurch super schlecht geschlafen, da wir es so organisiert haben wollten das Jeder von uns sein eigenes Zimmer bekommt.Haben 6 Nächte gebucht, und an jeden Tag davon haben wir versucht jemanden zu finden der sich verantwortlich fühlt, stattdessen wird man nur von Nummer zu Nummer gereicht und keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich dafür.Einfach nur eine Frechheit, teilweise waren die Leute am Telefon sehr unfreundlich und hatten kein Verständnis für unser Problem.Einfach nur eine Katastrophe ich kann nur davon abraten hier zu Buchen, denn wenn man Probleme hat wird hier einem Garantiert nicht geholfen im Fall der Fälle.

Not only was property beautiful, but the detail in home was so meticulous. In addition the host was so helpful with suggestions as well as very accommodating. He and property are both wonderful. Can't wait to stay again.

Weekend in Southampton

Excellent stay all around. Mike was quick to respond. Had everything we needed in the house and on the property. Close to town and rail station. Terrific stay for 1-2 people.
