  • Experience the charm of a newly revitalized two-story apartment nestled in the vibrant heart of Southampton Village. The first floor boasts a cozy sitting area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a luxurious full bathroom. Ascend to the second floor to find a serene queen bedroom complete with a TV, washer/dryer, and an inviting rooftop deck furnished with chaise lounges—a perfect spot for basking in the sun or marveling at the stars. Step outside to your private patio, equipped with a BBQ grill and dining table, ideal for al fresco dining. Stay cool and comfortable with central air conditioning, and take advantage of the shared heated pool. Explore the nearby shops and restaurants on foot, or take a leisurely bike ride to the ocean beaches. Conveniently located within walking distance to the train station, with parking available. My wife and I were in town for a wedding. Michael was very nice and professional. Met us in the driveway and gave us the lay of the land. The unit was clean and had everything to you would need. Great location within walking distance of town. Would go back and stay again.

A beautiful quiet spot within walking distance to South Hampton. Curated vintage items including the fun dishware, ample natural light and cozy furniture made my stay an elevated charming experience.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Southampton property! The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and shopping. The home itself was one of the prettiest places we’ve stayed, offering everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The host was wonderful and provided excellent communication throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of.We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was extremely clean, plenty of storage for our items, had all the needed amenities not noted: beach chairs, beach towels, tea kettle. The location was exceptional, we walked mostly everywhere. The town area is cute, clean, and has great stores. The pool was clean and we relaxed in the many chairs and umbrellas available. Micheal was so polite, helpful and responsive. Great place and we hope to stay there again.

Small, as expected, but good launchpad for spending time at our favorite village spots. This common wall apartment with off street parking is clean and stylish, with all the charm of the old that we were looking for. The host is laid back and the walking distance to town made the first few days of our time out east a low impact and nice pace. Would consider as an Individual for a quiet off season stay.

Perfect cozy cottage. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location was 10/10, cottage was spotless and the host was communicative and extremely accommodating. A quick walk or bike ride to the village and beach. Can’t wait to go back!

Not only was property beautiful, but the detail in home was so meticulous. In addition the host was so helpful with suggestions as well as very accommodating. He and property are both wonderful. Can't wait to stay again.

Weekend in Southampton

Excellent stay all around. Mike was quick to respond. Had everything we needed in the house and on the property. Close to town and rail station. Terrific stay for 1-2 people.

The location was awesome and the house was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. Michael was very responsive to my questions during the stay and hospitable when I would run into him. I would highly recommend.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway for two. Bikes on property that can be used to head to the beach or town. Clean and well maintained. Easy communication with owner. We would gladly stay again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Michael’s property is perfect for a couples stay in Southampton. The property is a quick walk from Main Street Southampton and its cafes, shops and restaurants and only one mile from the beach. You have access to bicycles to make getting around even easier and the house is stocked with everything you would need for a weekend stay. We really enjoyed our time here!

Mike's place was excellent! The property was gorgeous and well-kept, the pool was the perfect temperature, and we had everything we needed. Mike even offered us a tandem bike and great recommendations for more secluded beaches and local spots around. Location is perfect. We'll definitely be coming back!

Lovely cottage in great location!

Michael's cottage was incredibly well-appointed. The location to Southampton, Coopers Beach and neighboring townships made this very convenient for my trip. The true star of this cottage is the upstairs deck which was perfect for relaxing and stargazing. I will certainly return next summer.

This is our second time staying at Mike’s property. He is an excellent host, very quick to respond. The space is well appointed with everything you’ll need and in an excellent part of town. Walking distance to Main Street and close to beaches. We inadvertently left the key in the home and locked ourselves out; Mike was quick to resolve for us! Terrific stay. Will be back.
