“Rooms were clean and nice”

“Pros: Room is a good size and location for the rate. Plenty of food and drink options steps away from the hotel. Highly recommend both tattooed mom and momoka for lunch and dinner. Both are 1-2mins walk away. Room was clean and came with bottled water and a small snack. A little bit of street noise but they provide a white noise machine and ear plugs. Cons: Check in was complicated. You have to check in online and upload pictures of your id ahead of time. There is no front desk to talk to....

“The only thing nice about the stay was the room was room was nice there was no one to greet you, there's no service desk, you have to pay $60 for parking and it's only four slots outside. Not a parking deck the second night we got ready to come back to park all four of the parking spaces with filled we call the number they told us they would take care of it. We found our own parking and we requested a refund for the nights parking that we were unable to use the parking space. You have to pay for...

“Clean place, great location, had more than I needed! We will be back”

“My only complain would be that check in was a bit confusing and bc of roadworks it was a bit difficult to enter the property. Otherwise it was fantastic and will stay here again if I come back to Philly! ”
